I find it way too hilarious how the first woman says „THEY have to be conservative“ as an answer to „what do you want in a partner“. They just have no idea what they’re mad at.

That's how you know they don't actually listen and are guided mainly by their ego and emotions. We've been using they in a singular and plural fashion since kindergarten 😂. It's just a problem now because LGBT people are choosing to refer to themselves in that way lol. One thing that is worse than someone who gets offended by everything is someone who THINKS they're better than everyone because they don't let their offense show. They're just as sensitive as us but they think they're exempt from irrational lines of thinking.

This app is incredibly transphobic, but even beyond that I don't see the point of this app. I don't know any dating apps where you can't state your political views or you're required to put your pronouns in your bio.
The only function I can see for this app is to be a safe space for conservatives. Like Sam said in the video, that's perfectly fine. It's just ironic that they like to mock people in the LGBTQ for having safe spaces while they made a whole dating app for only people in their political party.
Not only that, but the invites!
The invites! What actual dating app would rely on customers inviting other people? It literally makes no sense. Think about it : you can literally just get more dates if you don’t invite people from the same gender as you. And if you invite people of the other gender, it also means you’re more likely to see them, which isn’t optimal because if you sent them an invite, I’m pretty sure you weren’t about to date them.

Transphobia, like homophobia, doesn't mean the irrational fear of trans people. It means the dislike or prejudice against transgender people.
Sure, it has the term "phobia" in the name which may lead people to believe that it's referring to a fear, but that is not the only definition of that term. A phobia can refer to a fear, but it can also refer to an extreme aversion or dislike of something, like the dislike of trans people.
In short, transphobia does exist and it means the dislike or prejudice against trans people, not the fear of trans people.

I'm not just making this term up like you seem to be thinking, this is an actual word that's in the dictionary and it doesn't mean the fear of trans people. @@gummirwl Make sure to do some kind of background check on the psychiatrist, some can be biased due to the nature of what you're going to them for, especially if your mom is the one choosing. Anyways, if you went far enough out of your way to get a binder, I doubt you're wrong about your own body. And even if you find out later that it was not the case, it's okay. I don't have as much experience with gender dysmorphia, but had similar experiences of disorientation as an aromantic gay man. It's all about learning what works for you and what doesn't at the end of the day, and that's your decision to make alone. Nobody's affirmations will make you feel better than your own when it comes to identity.

I've been wondering about that. If everyone uses the same pronouns, it's harder to understand sentences talking about more than one person. I'm wondering if there's a way to have multiple pronouns but not assign them by gender. One way would be to have 26 pronouns, assigned by the first letter of your name. Or another approach would be to have "positional" pronouns, so there would be one pronoun that means "the first name I mentioned" and another pronoun that means "the second name I mentioned" and so forth. I don't know.
