    I struggle with suicide, intrusive thinking, abandonment issues, toxic relationships(Romantic, platonic etc.), no sleep and everything in between. My life is the hardest is has ever been in my adult life. I am 24 and I feel I am losing every single thing. Including myself. And any time I think of taking my life or just going into hiding or distracting myself. I always end up going to Sarah Beth. To recreate routine or to find safety in rerouting myself. I started her videos 3 years ago when I went sober. And I never looked back. And getting back into this such an emotional and physical relief. And here I am in the middle of the most horrible storm and this video seems to find me. These words in this video are so loud and encouraging but so gentle and soft and caring. Like I am a lion, who is being cradled like a baby. I hope everyone else is taking care and that anyone who needs it will find this video. I hope to find true love in myself and in the right partner one day, to follow my dreams and to find strength in the fact that I am always changing and life will accompany me with that. But for now I am doing the best I can. And her videos make me feel like the best I can do is the most rewarding. I thank Sarah Beth and that this space in yoga and the internet feels safe. And I hope everyone struggling can find solace the same as I did, here too. Xo

      Thank you for sharing that. It takes a lot to balance good mental health..especially when you have had a traumatic past. Another aspect..apart from dealing with any trauma, is what we put in our bodies. After much research..I have eaten an anti inflammatory diet for the last two years and feel loads better. I hope you can research this and it helps you too. A book that helped me a lot is "A Mind of your own" by Dr. Kelly Brogan.

    So I’ve been doing videos constantly now for almost a whole month & I’ve always had a little stutter in my breath when I either breathe in or out & towards the end of this video whenever you were saying those affirmations & guiding my breath I finally got to get some smooth breath work going & I’m just so grateful for you SarahBeth, you have changed my life for the better. I did powerlifting all throughout high school & I’m 20 years old & already feeling it & these amazing videos you make are sent from heaven.     This was THE most amazing practice I have ever chosen. I almost cried every time you repeated the mantra and had the feeling I am floating above the ground throughout the whole practice.     9:21 I am in active recovery from addiction, with coexisting health conditions, peri menopausal , a DV/SA survivor . Letting go of control is perhapy greatest challenge. Additional Life changing events of buying first home, career advancement and more are happening. This episode spoke in ways that my ears, mind, body and soul needed in perfect harmony. Thank you!❤

    Such a wonderful, soothing, loving practice ...the beautiflul words touched my heart to the core, bringing tears to my eyes because I am so thankful that I am exactly where I need to be. After a lifetime of struggles I have finally arrived at a state of serenity, love and gratitude. Life couldn't be better. Thank you so much for reminding me that I arrived here because of my actions and reactions. That I created the wonderful place I am in now. I am 64, single and have never been happier.     I have been watching your videos for about 5 years and I have yet to find any other UA-cam yoga videos that I enjoy this much. I always choose one or two at random and today, this was the first one it suggested.     My favorite part is when you talk calmly so I don't feel the intense stretch as negative but positive! I love the saying: You can't always control what is going on around you, but you can control how you react to it. I'm 55 years old and I wish I had taken yoga when I was 20 to learn to be more patient with people in general and my middle schoolers that I taught.

    I started doing yoga with you Sarah Beth almost a year ago, this was the first video I did. I still find myself coming back to it.     First stretch in a very long time. Warmed up with another one of your 15-minute videos before getting ambitious with this one. Was discouraged by my initial flexibility, but couldn't believe how great I felt after about 10 minutes. By the end of the video, I was able to tap into something that I never had before. Very cool, I can't wait for my next video 🙏🏼

    Absolutely loved this session 💖 after having major neck surgery 8years ago due to Thyroid Cancer I've really struggle with tight & sniff neck +right shoulder. This has really help me this morning with my neck & my anxiety so thankyou 💖

    Sarah Beth, there's definitely some really strong energy you put out at the end of this video because just like most people commented, I cried too. I felt this strong sense of being protected, that I was going to be okay because the universe is constantly looking out for me. It was so intense and it made me cry. I hope you know you're amazing!     I even struggle with the modified version because I have extremely tight hips and shoulders and I'm also very inflexible. But I still managed to feel my breath in my body and release some tension and become more present. Thankyou. I'd love to see a series for men, especially very inflexible people. Thankyou for the video.

    Hi Sarah Beth. I've been a follower for years but the last 12 months I have found it SO hard to even try and start yoga again. I knew I needed to but I just emotionally couldn't face it because I am exhausted in body and mind. I chose this video tonight out of spontaneity and I cried especially at the ending. I truly needed to hear your words because I have been close to breaking point. This is exactly what I was meant to do and see and hear. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

    I did this for the first time and it worked so well. I have lots of tense on my shoulder, neck and upper back, I feel so relaxed, my leg and hip also feel relaxed. I will sure going to add this to my regular routine.

    Life has been a bit stressful for me lately, I shouldn't complain because nothing bad has happened really. Just changes and I am not very good at coping with changes in life. Thought I needed some relaxing exercise for my tight shoulders and I ended up in tears listening to your words. I wish I had found you on UA-cam sooner. You are my favorite yoga instructor now.

    I’ve been on vacation for 10 days. Sleeping on a uncomfortable mattress. Doing your yoga exercises every morning definitely helps my neck and back. Thank you from New Zealand

    I did this before going to bed. I think it is better suited for after a busy day of work. Especially since neck and hips is where most of my body tension is

    So interesting that I was NOT the only one who felt the emotional release of tears in response to this sequence you guided us through. They say, all your emotions/stress are in the hips! I confess, I have NOT been doing a personal Yoga practice in several months. Since the pandemic I have slowly lost my commitment. For some time I have been saddened and disappointed in myself for allowing this to happen. As a yoga teacher myself, I was committed to personal practice for over ten years. I can't tell you how much of a hole the loss of my personal Yoga practice left me with. Today, I committed to your video. So powerful. So exactly what I needed to do for myself today. I am grateful for your intuitive and gentle guidance through these asana that melted away whatever barrier I had placed on myself. I am hopeful that my motivation to continue will win out, and I will follow your incredibly helpful advice and re-commit to Yoga in my life again. Thank you Sarah XO
