Please put more low fod map recipes. I tried your Green smoothie and I loved it. Then the red lentil salad .. loved that too! I recently switched to vegan diet (not strict yet I eat some seafood and eggs) . However my stomach hasn’t responded well to all these changes. My doctor asked me to try low fodmap diet but it was impossible to do so! I travel all over for my work. I want to let you know you are amazing and thank you for posting these amazingly healthy and balanced recipes and healthy lifestyle tips. Your reviews are truly genuine!!!

Your video always very educational & interesting & this one is specifically for people like me I’m IBS and it sucks seriously I’ve keep a track of whatever I eat every time. Sometimes it’s hard to follow these diet plans which contain simple healthy food but that’s how it is for me now. I started taking supplements (vegan) to help my digestion and gut like probiotics, digestive enzymes, betaine HCL.
Hope u will come up with some more interesting recipes Mona and bdw love ur cute sweater 🙂

Fantastic tips, really! But can we address this thing where most "what I eat"-videos contain a picture of the flattest belly in the history of mankind? While the intention is pure and the tips are really good it creates this panic around eating. When I started training to eat again during my eating disorder phase my belly got SO bloated because it wasn't used to food. So first I had to create new habits of actually eating and then there was the journey of re-introducing different foods that my stomach had forgotten to "like".
Now, I had to - and still do sometimes - accept the bloating as a part of the process. Seeing a perfect belly and the headline "what to eat to reduce bloating" is really triggering. I understand that there are different kinds of bloating and that bloating is a mysterious thing on its own since it's affected but a variety of things ( I mean, I can literally eat an apple one day without any issues and then another day my stomach is 9 months pregnant) but what I'm trying to say that showing a picture like this doesn't really help bloated people to feel better about themselves.
I'm not trying to direct this to you, Mona, not at all - because it's a general thing that most youtubers do. I just wanted to address the fact. Or maybe I'm the only one reacting this way?
Anyway, thank you for the amazing content, as always.

She has a flat stomach, she has no obligation not to show a picture of that. Health is not about that but it is about doing what works for you. We all know being thin doesn’t equate to health, especially at least here in the US only 12% of us are metabolically healthy. I get what you’re saying but I think UA-camrs cannot cater to the myriad of self esteem issues all of us have.

I still try to eat healthy by eating the few vegetables I like and just no red meat, no junk food, no pasta. But if you want to lose weight, it would be so much easier if you can just eat a lot of vegetables

the salad needs some fat (eg. olive oil, avocado oil), otherwse one's body won't absorb the fat-soluble vitamins in the veggies (arugula is particularly vitamin packed). also, is this lunch actually enough calories for most adults? it wouldn't be for me, and i'm 113 lbs. i think i'm on the far (low) end of the weight spectrum (if anyone thinks i'm boasting - i'm not, i lost muscle due to illness and am actually trying to gain weight. found her channel because she had a video on dealing with being "skinny fat".) i'm concerned that this is being presented as enough food for a lunch, when for the vast majority of adults, it is not.

Please add a disclaimer that you're not a registered dietitian. If I may be frank, some of the "tips" you give come off as disordered eating and may make veganism especially hard for people who follow your videos.

Such a great point Chelsea. It also really annoys me when ‘wellness’ UA-camrs in general talk about low FODMAP like it’s some kind of ‘lifestyle choice’ or ‘way to eat’ when it’s actually a very strict elimination diet that is only meant to be followed for about 6 weeks in
its initial stages for people with diagnosed IBD or IBS etc. and only when recommended by a doctor or dietitian!! x

God her advice is good. But she just talks so much. It’s obvious she so full of herself. If she just got to the point and stop talking so much it would so much better. Just watching an 11 min video is like pulling teeth. I apologize but man she kills my add. She is fine as hell though. Cool me on honey just give the recipes please. Thanks. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
