I love this idea! It’s definitely helpful as I’m starting to pay more attention to ingredients. Would you ever do this type of video talking about products in one category, i.e. salad dressings, pasta sauce, protein powders, etc.?

I loved this! I was so nervous for the two products that I always repurchase which is the hand soap and oat milk, but I'm glad that they are Mona approved (: Can you do a Trader Joe's specific clean/not clean video?

Love this! As someone who has realized Xanthan Gum and erythritols are huge triggers to my IBS, I'd love to know your thoughts on other ingredients such as gum acacia, allulose, and sunflower lecithin.

I finally started just making my own plant milk rather than buying store-bought. It's actually pretty easy and saves you from any inflammatory oils, which I love. Every now and then I'll get Malk, but it's definitely more cost-effective to make it myself.
I did enjoy watching your video. I love too see a video of baby things are safe and clean too used thanks 🙏🏻

I loved this episode.. I always buy that oat milk and think is it really worth the price lol. Can you do a review on protein shakes and which one is the best..
I’m so sad about the garden of life protein powder. I use a different one but it’s one of the few proteins that doesn’t make me nauseous or gives me headaches. I try to find protein that has no flavoring. I’m going to look into the one you recommended. Thank you for this video!

When she said not to freak out about all of the lead in the garden of life protein, 😳 I freaked out lol so what protein powder is better? I’m also acne prone so I have to stay away from whey and a lot of dairy.

@@mariannavogiatzogloy1607 Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast and member of the fungi family that’s used as a vegan seasoning. It is super nutritious and loaded with vitamins and minerals! It is also delicious! It contains all your b vitamins and it is the only vegan source of vitamin b12. It’s also a complete protein so it is highly recommended if you are a vegan. Mona has mentioned it in previous videos. Unless you have a sensitivity to it, it is very healthy and makes for a great seasoning or cheese replacement since it has a cheesy taste.

@@ninasnutritionandwellnessvideo what I really feel would be interesting would be a top 10 powders and worst ones to avoid based on heavy metals, BOAs, pesticides and fillers as well as protein quality. That would be helpful for so many in an ever growing market of products advertised as healthy

this was great, but it was a little confusing going back and forth from beauty products to food. it would be easier to follow if it was just beauty products or just food.

Please review beyond meat products! I feel like there is a lot of junk but they market themselves as healthy.
Great video, but it would be even more helpful if you wrote out the names of all ingredients that you mention as bad
The vegan halo top ice creams taste so bad anyway 100% not even worth it (not vegan but have issues with dairy and like to branch out and try vegan things)
