Love your videos! Just wondering if you can do some videos for studying tips for pharmacy students as far as memorizing drugs and just any tips to retain information in an efficient way
Ahhhh every time you stir your quinoa with that spoon it’s like nails on a chalkboard!!!! To save your pots and pans you should use silicone or wood spoons. Otherwise you’ll scratch your pots & pans and if they are Teflon it will get in your food 😳

I want to know this too! Especially as fasting relates to people with early and active jobs and stress.. is it for everybody? My schedule is so inconsistent and the people fasting seem to be ones with a stable and consistent schedule with a lot of free time..

Decaf Is great. I use to drink caffeine but it would give me palpitations 😔 so now I drink decafe but tastes the same I get nespresso pods for my coffee machine so good 👏

I love your channel and all of the information. Have you looked at the "toxic 12" or "dirty dozen" as far as food and chemicals? As I transitioned from department store makeup to more natural products it helped to keep an eye out for what was harmful to my skin. Try Detox Market or Integrity Botanicals for cleaner face products.
What do you suggest for a body that does not break down greens anymore? I am on prescription enzymes which help with limited veggies.

I have digestive issue. have repeatedly had diverticulitis and had a resection. i have issues eating green leafy vegies. have major IBS issues that started prior to this .. what can i substitute ? for the needed vitamins i am missing.. Very motivating video 👍 I heard there are few kinds of cinnamon. Some are dangerous and damaging to the liver when consumed regularly. Can you describe which kind of cinnamon you use in your diet regularly??
Cassia is not reccomended in high doses; in small amounts it can be beneficial to diabetics. Ceylon cinnamon is the best usually it comes from Sri Lanka. Moderation is key.
