Thanks! Clam pasta is usually made with linguine but I never have linguine on hand haha. It was good but definitely not perfect. I've made it once before. One problem I came across was that after a few minutes, the sauce actually split. Meaning the fat from the cheese separated from the rest of the sauce. I think that means I didn't emulsify everything together well enough. Should have stirred more.
I've never had clam spaghetti, looks good! I'm curious to how the coconut cream would be with the clams...RIP to the little parsley that fell at 3:19
