  • I hope you enjoy this low impact fun aerobics routine to oldies music. It's about 20-25 minutes of light movements with some easy to follow choreography. It will bring you back to the days of "jazzercise". I made this at home during Quarantine. Enjoy!

    Hi Jenny. Just wanted to let you know that even after working out with you for two years I am still so grateful for this video and the other 25-minute garage door video. Whenever I just don't feel like doing a workout I tell myself I should still do something and then I remember these two short but sweet routines.     I just found you 2 days ago, I started doing it 2 days ago after my morning devotion before I get ready for work. I love it. I helped me alot. I been having issue with my neck and shoulder, going to my pt every week, it helps me after. I have been doing the work out with you every morning it helps me alot. I work with computers slot, it doesn't help me with my neck and my shoulder. With virus going on, thank you for people like you, sharing your time to help us.     Hi I am 70 years old had a stroke in December 2020 and decided to do some exercise and found Jenny on this site. I do 20 minutes exercise every morning for past 2 months and I have noticed the difference and it is not too much. It is never too late to start. Georgina Essex England

    Jenny has saved my life, 2nd hip replacement at 58 and feeling very despondent, cant get physio at the moment due to current covid, these sessions are fantastic , thank you.

    Love dolng these exercises as well as arms and abbs. Im a 77 year old having had a quadruple heart bi pass opp nine months ago.Your exercises have helped my recovery and i consider myself pretty fit. Thank you.

    I'm a fit 61 year old with a love for running, but I know I need to include diversity. Your video gets me moving, arms up, and works some muscles needing confusion. Thanks so much for sharing!       Oh Wow!!!! If this does not make me fit, nothing else will! I have a home trampoline but this is much more fun and really fun to do! I am 73 and hate these fitness clubs so your 20 minutes ( if I manage it.....) are super!!! And not only during lockdown! I hope my back will improve with this.

    Hello Jenny. I am a 68 year old Las Vegan who can't go sit my crazy old behind down at a slot machine for a while. I have been doing a mix of meditation and isometrics. Qi Gong morning routines, Tai Chi and finish it off with sit ups and all. This morning I got too distracted to get my routine in, and I had already eaten (I like to get my exercise in early, before I eat). So, I'm sitting there filling out a form for my sister and texting my son, and then I decided to try and find something short to get in before I headed out to grocery shop. Hence I found your video, and I am exceptionally glad I did. What a great workout! I love it. I am going to use this for my workout. Still keeping some of the meditation, but to get that old heart a kickin' and this tired old behind in shape, I am working out with Jenny (that was my mothers name, so, it's a sign)! 😊

    While in lockdown I came across Jenny’s you tube videos, I do them Twice a week and do about three at once. I thoroughly enjoy everyone, she is an excellent Instructor, thank you , will carry on doing them in between going to other classes when the Leisure centre opens.

    Your quarantined videos with the pumping music are wonderful. Easy to keep the pace with music. I’m sure you don’t like yelling in your driveway but it is so positive for us older folks with the music. I could hardly make it through one video and now I’m doing at least 2 of your videos a day.     This is a fun, quick workout for busy days. I've been doing your hour-long workout for beginners and seniors since Aug.2019. I started with just a bit of it and worked up to the full workout. I do it 5-6 times each week. I've lost 18 pounds and am no longer in the "couch potato" category. Thank you for your practical, "can be done" routines! Stay healthy!

    And hopefully I’m back for quite a while now, hooray. Caring duties are increased and I’ve just gone through months of tests for suspected bowel cancer. Last Saturday I was given the all clear so as of Sunday I started again with the lockdown garage door routines. Best to start off slow as the level I had reached has somewhat reduced. Time to build myself back up again. Really thankful that I can get these on UA-cam as Jenny is the most suitable for me that I’ve ever found. Sadly can’t join the club as I get huge resistance from my husband that I care for. Thanks for all you put out there x

    I just retire in February this year. I am 62. My husband is 67. We got stuck at home because of coronavirus. Thank you for your video. My husband always has back problems, he is getting a lot better because of your video. Other exercise makes me sick of my stomach. I get dizzy doing those exercises because I had brain surgery before . Thanks again. You are wonderful!

    Staying home and staying safe, here in Edinburgh Scotland. Found your workouts and have been doing them for the past two and a half weeks. Absolutely great and just wanted to say thanks.     I just did this for the ??? time and my husband joined me and encouraged me to JOIN and I told him I would if he would do the exercise sessions with me and he said yes! This is HUGE since he is active with bike riding and walking with me, and still isn't retired. He is a stint, 2 heart attacks, and quadruple bypass surgery survivor and is active. This will be great for his weight, which we both got Fitbits recently and are concentrating on weight, healthy eating, and exercise. Thank you, Jenny!! I JOINED!

    I never thought I'd be doing aerobics at 64 well how wrong I was !! This was easy to follow correct pace for my age thank you.

    This program was my go-to between shutdown and total knee replacement surgery early in July. I believe it contributed to a smooth, speedy recovery. Sixteen weeks post-op just getting back in to exercise. Also tried for first time today your 36 minute interval for seniors. Will include in weekly exercise routine. Love your style and your routines. Feeling much more optimistic about staying active through the next four months of New England weather. Than YOU so much for doing these!

    Thank you so much Jenny for adding this uplifting routine to our lives here in Toronto where exercise classes and parks are closed ! My husband and I are both in our 70's and have been following you every morning for the past 5 weeks. Hubby gets discouraged easily, but your way of building from one simple step to the next worked wonders for him. He says he wants to exercise with "Quarantine Jenny" ! This even motivated him to get on our Nordic Track machine afterwards, so that he now looks and feels stronger and more fit ! We are so grateful as we have been absolutely loving your routine, including the music, and are planning to continue ! Would be thrilled to see you do a similar routine with dumbbells if you ever get around to it...

    I really don't like aerobics, but needed to do something to offset the shelter in place baking frenzy. This was fun. Going to do it twice a day!

    I'm 57 years old men
    With desability back and ankle problems, I started do your rutine, in my frist week only 5, 7 minutes
    Now I clompeted the all rutine
    My wife , my kids and grandchildrens, have a lot of fun
    When I do , I'm big guy with 280 puonds
    But for some reason , I like and I am willing to do this kind routine
    I feel great!

    This was fantastic! Sweaty, fun workout! Thank you for this reboot. I'm used to going to the gym 4-5 days a week, but fell off my routine because of the quarantine. This helped me start to channel my energy without injury. Easy, uncomplicated, energizing!

    I’m 66 I’m in the UK & love doing your workouts. I started this one on day 1 of lockdown. 2 weeks in I added another 20 min. & now I’m doing the upper body strengthening exercises too. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to every day.

    I am 75 this year and have been doing your exercises for seniors and beginners since lockdown 2020, they my go to video exercise three times a week and love the latest one 10 minutes flabby arms. Alternate the 20 or 25 mins videos, love the music, and you are a great teacher. Just read some of the comments you are certainly very popular, carry on the good work .

    Hi Jenny! Thank you for all your amazing senior workouts! I used to work out in my younger years 5 days a week! Over the years, with a physical job I had, I got away from working out because of being so tired. Now at 62, I have put on weight and felt it is now the time to start loosing weight and get in better shape. Your workouts are easy to follow yet very affective. I have now lost weight and am grateful for your easy to follow instructions. I have checked out other Areobics for seniors and they switch the movement to fast and to many times. Along with very little notice ahead of time. Your videos are very easy to follow. Thank you! My favorite is the one in the 30 min. gymnasium workout.(YMCA song)! More please like that!

    I found you about a month ago and have been exercising with you since-at least twice a week. I’ve viewed most, if not all, of your videos and have chosen the ones that I feel will benefit me the most, as I am in the “over 70” age group.     excellent workout, really fun and works so many parts of the body, really good arm workout and balance included, very professional yet fun. I find myself smiling all the way through. Love all the videos but this is one of my favourites, as a 68 year old the duration is perfect and I can put lots of energy into it. Well done Jenny!

    That was excellent. One of the best workouts the music was so good. It really kept motivated and your instructions were so easy to follow and I felt a real sense of achievement when I was done. I added some light handweights but even without them it's an extremely effective workout. So pleased also that a warm up and cool down were included

    Just found this....and love it.....Having lived a fitness life for many years,, then not for just as many. Getting back into the programs for reviving old interests..
    My mailbox keeps telling me I'm a senior citizen, so I guess I can follow your video....lol..
    Gotta say I love your use of music that I grew up on...too fun....Thank you for what you do !! ..And you're right ,,just because we can't get around for now,,doesn't mean we can't get ahead of the demons.....think if everyone got out on the driveway......lol...........Stay Safe and God Bless.....
