I just found you 2 days ago, I started doing it 2 days ago after my morning devotion before I get ready for work. I love it. I helped me alot. I been having issue with my neck and shoulder, going to my pt every week, it helps me after. I have been doing the work out with you every morning it helps me alot. I work with computers slot, it doesn't help me with my neck and my shoulder. With virus going on, thank you for people like you, sharing your time to help us. While in lockdown I came across Jenny’s you tube videos, I do them Twice a week and do about three at once. I thoroughly enjoy everyone, she is an excellent Instructor, thank you , will carry on doing them in between going to other classes when the Leisure centre opens.

This is a fun, quick workout for busy days. I've been doing your hour-long workout for beginners and seniors since Aug.2019. I started with just a bit of it and worked up to the full workout. I do it 5-6 times each week. I've lost 18 pounds and am no longer in the "couch potato" category. Thank you for your practical, "can be done" routines! Stay healthy!

I am really enjoying this , while in isolation. We are in an apartment, and can't go out into the hall for 14 days, This is a great routine to start my day.
My husband and I have been doing these three times a week and love them. We both have knee issues. The 37 minute one is great for our knees and we can do all. Thank you. We are in our late seventies.

Over the years, with a physical job I had, I got away from working out because of being so tired. Now at 62, I have put on weight and felt it is now the time to start loosing weight and get in better shape. Your workouts are easy to follow yet very affective. I have now lost weight and am grateful for your easy to follow instructions. I have checked out other Areobics for seniors and they switch the movement to fast and to many times. Along with very little notice ahead of time. Your videos are very easy to follow. Thank you! My favorite is the one in the 30 min. gymnasium workout.(YMCA song)! More please like that!

Hello Jenny. I am a 68 year old Las Vegan who can't go sit my crazy old behind down at a slot machine for a while. I have been doing a mix of meditation and isometrics. Qi Gong morning routines, Tai Chi and finish it off with sit ups and all. This morning I got too distracted to get my routine in, and I had already eaten (I like to get my exercise in early, before I eat). So, I'm sitting there filling out a form for my sister and texting my son, and then I decided to try and find something short to get in before I headed out to grocery shop. Hence I found your video, and I am exceptionally glad I did. What a great workout! I love it. I am going to use this for my workout. Still keeping some of the meditation, but to get that old heart a kickin' and this tired old behind in shape, I am working out with Jenny (that was my mothers name, so, it's a sign)! 😊

This was fantastic! Sweaty, fun workout! Thank you for this reboot. I'm used to going to the gym 4-5 days a week, but fell off my routine because of the quarantine. This helped me start to channel my energy without injury. Easy, uncomplicated, energizing!

We are Seniors and can’t go to the clubhouse for aerobics, so we are using UA-cam in house and found this to include along with Leslie Sansone walking.
That was excellent. One of the best workouts the music was so good. It really kept motivated and your instructions were so easy to follow and I felt a real sense of achievement when I was done. I added some light handweights but even without them it's an extremely effective workout. So pleased also that a warm up and cool down were included

I just found you 2 days ago, I started doing it 2 days ago after my morning devotion before I get ready for work. I love it. I helped me alot. I been having issue with my neck and shoulder, going to my pt every week, it helps me after. I have been doing the work out with you every morning it helps me alot. I work with computers slot, it doesn't help me with my neck and my shoulder. With virus going on, thank you for people like you, sharing your time to help us. This is a fun, quick workout for busy days. I've been doing your hour-long workout for beginners and seniors since Aug.2019. I started with just a bit of it and worked up to the full workout. I do it 5-6 times each week. I've lost 18 pounds and am no longer in the "couch potato" category. Thank you for your practical, "can be done" routines! Stay healthy!

I am really enjoying this , while in isolation. We are in an apartment, and can't go out into the hall for 14 days, This is a great routine to start my day.
My husband and I have been doing these three times a week and love them. We both have knee issues. The 37 minute one is great for our knees and we can do all. Thank you. We are in our late seventies.

Over the years, with a physical job I had, I got away from working out because of being so tired. Now at 62, I have put on weight and felt it is now the time to start loosing weight and get in better shape. Your workouts are easy to follow yet very affective. I have now lost weight and am grateful for your easy to follow instructions. I have checked out other Areobics for seniors and they switch the movement to fast and to many times. Along with very little notice ahead of time. Your videos are very easy to follow. Thank you! My favorite is the one in the 30 min. gymnasium workout.(YMCA song)! More please like that!

Hello Jenny. I am a 68 year old Las Vegan who can't go sit my crazy old behind down at a slot machine for a while. I have been doing a mix of meditation and isometrics. Qi Gong morning routines, Tai Chi and finish it off with sit ups and all. This morning I got too distracted to get my routine in, and I had already eaten (I like to get my exercise in early, before I eat). So, I'm sitting there filling out a form for my sister and texting my son, and then I decided to try and find something short to get in before I headed out to grocery shop. Hence I found your video, and I am exceptionally glad I did. What a great workout! I love it. I am going to use this for my workout. Still keeping some of the meditation, but to get that old heart a kickin' and this tired old behind in shape, I am working out with Jenny (that was my mothers name, so, it's a sign)! 😊

This was fantastic! Sweaty, fun workout! Thank you for this reboot. I'm used to going to the gym 4-5 days a week, but fell off my routine because of the quarantine. This helped me start to channel my energy without injury. Easy, uncomplicated, energizing!

We are Seniors and can’t go to the clubhouse for aerobics, so we are using UA-cam in house and found this to include along with Leslie Sansone walking.

I loved Leslie Samson workouts for years and still occasionally do them, but this music on this video is great.
Leslie is great, as although my partner and 5 Yr old do her videos, I and my 14 Yr old do her at a higher intensity AND we all get a great workout.
Love the movements and music.... really makes u want to move.
That was excellent. One of the best workouts the music was so good. It really kept motivated and your instructions were so easy to follow and I felt a real sense of achievement when I was done. I added some light handweights but even without them it's an extremely effective workout. So pleased also that a warm up and cool down were included

I am a water aerobics instructor for the last 20 years at our local gym. Sadly due to COVID-19 I have not been able to carry out my class for the last five weeks. I am so glad I found you you are saving my life and your uplifting spirit is a joy to work out too. Thanks again stay safe.
