Coral Cal Flow Capsules have significantly improved my bone health and energy. I feel more active and less prone to fractures throughout the day. Highly recommend!
What about egg shells? No one ever looks at them as a calcium source, but they are a fantastic source of it, as well as some minerals in trace amount. Make 3 boiled eggs, peel them, dry the shells, put them on a cookie sheet and heat to make sure any bacteria are gone. Grind them up in your coffee grinder. It comes out as a fine powder. Sprinkle a bit on any food, or even in a smoothie. 800 - 1000 mg calcium in 1tsp if I remember correctly, so if correct, that's pretty concentrated. I'd spread that out over a day instead of all at once, depending on your needs of course.
@@dhanyams95 I just looked it up to double check, and it sounds like boiling the eggs is enough to kill any potential bacteria, so no cookie sheet needed. I'd still let the shells dry on a clean towel, or paper towel before grinding. In the past I've heated mine in the oven, because I don't like boiled eggs. I've even heated them on a piece of tin foil, just make sure to use oven mits😀
omg thank you i’ve never thought about this and it would work perfect for when i crack my hard boil eggs i always throw the shell away but never realized i could do this to help with my calcium intake, thank you!!
HEY Man Great Video ! I'm eating almonds and raw broccoli and carrots right now. I used to Smoke Cheetos and slam Mountain Dew. I'm doing great Thanks to this really cool information.
There are many different lists out there regarding calcium-rich, and a lot of them are conflicting, especially when it comes to subjects as oxalates, soy and fruits and nuts, especially for those following a ketogenic lifestyle.
Yes, when I need potassium I go to my backyard and whack off a coconut from my coconut tree when I don’t have an avocado. If I had an avocado tree I could get enough potassium if I had a coconut tree. It is VERY hard to get enough potassium!! Coconuts are just laying all over the ground everywhere.
Oh my…100 grams of almonds? That’s a lot of almonds! I think soy beans are cow food but I still drink soy protein. I have for 40 years every morning. I am 73 and in perfect health!😄😄 (… but when are they going to stop comparing us with mice? And they never use mice my age!)
Here are the foods listed in the video:
1. Dried figs
2. Broccoli
3. Soybeans
4. Dairy products
5. Tofu
6. Spinach
7. Oranges
8. Kale
9. Blackstrap molasses
10. Almonds
Thanks

You forgot to mention almonds as high oxalate food, higher than kale
Oxalate good or bad?
@@evo1096 bad
@@istealurgf People who get kidney stones have to watch their oxalates so where’s the balance

Dairy is the worst source of calcium in fact dairy deplete your bones of calcium
Fact
anotjer Utune health channel said : 1 cup
of milk contains 300 mg of Calcium !!!!!!
So confusing !!!!!!
The coral calcium complex from planet Ayurveda is a rich source of calcium and is helpful in improving bone density and healing fractures.
Kale has minimal oxalate content. The amount of oxalates in spinach and almonds is OFF THE CHART. Beware this video.
Spinach contains the highest amounts of oxalates. Kale contains hardly any oxalate.
Parmesan? It has a lot of calcium
I never touch soya beans.
👍👍👍♥️♥️
