Can just stack 3/4" washers to shim your clutch where it needs to be too. Cheaper and easier that way. Nice video!

Hi Drew. Thanks for watching and sharing the kind words. We really appreciate it. Actually not a bad idea with the washers if you have some of that diameter. I didn't have any and the brass piece I bought was only $5 at the hardware store so I wen with that option. Washers at the store might have been cheaper. I guess I mentally jumped to a solid piece when it wasn't really needed. LOL.

I'm going to move foot peg tube to other side of frame on mine and most likely make a longer mounting plate so i can get motor as far forward as possible. Then make some plates to put behind axle for a couple More inches of wheelbase leaving old axle brackets in place so i can go back to stock location if i want. Mine will be pretty fast so longer is better! Nice clear video!

Thank you for watching and sharing. Sounds like a sick couple of projects there. I can certainly see how extending it will help with the speed. Wish mine had then when I tested it after some spring changes. It went right out from under me because it was so quick. Once the weather improves, we plan on doing an update video on what that change was and doing another speed test to see how much of the throttle we unlocked on it. Come back and let us know how your mods turned out and stay safe buddy!

+10mph is a nice improvement. Good speed for the big kids as we’re like Tim Taylor (More Power!) haha and fitting shirt. For grinding down metal try a flap disc as they can take a lot of material off in a hurry.
