I have to say that’s a damn good mini bike. I’ve had one since 2009. Never even changed the spark plug. Weak ass little motor just chugs along and runs great. It’s gone through all 5 of my kids. I’m tearing it down to rebuild it now. It’s a family heirloom at this point.😂

It’s pretty easy to build and will make it at least twice as fast. Just wish it had a suspension.

@@MarleyJaxGarage do a governor bypass you will get more speed
Easier to put cold air breather, new muffler, and taller base plate so you can do no mods to drain plug, everything is accessible.

I got the exact same engine and clutch. And new chain. My chain keeps popping off and idk why. Any pointers?

Great video just got one for 150 what clutch are you running and are u using the stock chain and sprocket?
I used the stock sprocket. The stock chain isn’t long enough. The clutch and chain I used are linked in the description. Thanks for watching.

I bought a locked up motovox i was going to do the same and put a predator on it for my 8 year old grandson. I think im going to just buy a cheap one with a smaller engine! Lol. I think he might hurt himself! I'll keep the motovox for myself!!! 😂😂😂
Cut the foot pegs off and re weld them to the outside of the frame😊
what do I do about the muffler I just took mine off
I am about to switch mine out and the carburetor. Should have a video out in a week or two.
Why did he bang the muffler with a hammer 🤣 all he had to do was unscrewed it and slide fhe engine over
I knew that muffler wouldn’t be on long and the angle of the motor the the back sprocket is what matters. I made another video upgrading it again.

No I installed the clutch after.
how long is the chain?
Not sure exactly. I just bought the roller chain listed in the description and cut it to length. Depending on where the motor mounts it might be slightly different.

No you can’t. I had a harbor freight coupon for the predator too. A pretty cool little ride for less than 150 dollars.
