I would love a video with a starting point of gathering inks. I am a newbie and it would be helpful to know what colours to begin with, such as core colours, add ons in stages. It is overwhelming ….😊

This is such a great series! I love the 5 colour combination, just my sort of colour palette. When you finish this series it would be great to see all the combination strips laid out with the colours you have used as it is already becoming difficult to go back through all the videos to find combinations again. You have inspired me to try new combinations so I have ordered quite a few new ink pads as well❤

Thank you for the video and the free download of the Oxide coordinator chart. I had an older one and needed the new colors. I am working on getting the whole collection. I think I igt have to purchase the blending brushes alo.

Really enjoyed this one. Loved the 3 colour blend, a very warm and comforting combination i think. The 5 colour is really different. Think this would work well for steampunk theme. Saved to my playlist. I actually did my oxide and ink swatches at stupid oclock as coukdnt sleep, but at least i achieved something lol Thank you lou x

I'm a Distress Ink newbie (mini pads) and love them. I'm a little confused about something though. I did a UA-cam search for Distress Ink color combinations and the only returns I got were for the Distress Oxides. Can I use the inks for color combos the same way as the Oxides? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can! Distress Inks were released first, then the oxides later but many crafters now favour the oxides. The inks are still great though and any of these colour combos will work with both.

I wanted to introduce one of these products to my adult coloring books and chose the Inks as their specifications seemed to be better suited to how I would use them than the Oxides. Your Oxide color combos are a great resource for me, much appreciated. 😁
