ANKLE WEIGHT CORE/AB WORKOUT - STRENGTH SERIES

  • The abs play a key role in helping with co-ordination and balance and to support many other movements and of course getting those abs to pop is always a bonus! I have mixed it up by adding ankle weights to this workout, though this workout is suitable for you to do with or without ankle weights.

    Warm up first and ensure you cooldown as it is not included in this workout.
    Below is a list of all of the exercises that I use throughout this video. Each exercise is 45 seconds on with a 15 second rest;
    1. Toe Taps
    2. Bicycle Kicks
    3. Elbow Knee Crunch
    4. Bent Leg Raise
    5. Deadbug
    6. Plank Jacks
