    Nice workout, just completed it and used 3kg dumbells, still struggle with push ups though but one day

      You’ll get there Hannah! Try incline push-ups where you use a bench instead of the floor to place your hands onto, that can really help progress on the push ups!

      5 pound weight is the best

      The weight you use will vary depending on your strength levels you should use a weight that challenges you but still allows you to perform the movements correctly
