I saw these ankle weight workouts passing by.... and decided to go buy a set. I put the fresh ankle weights on - my dog stared strangely at me, wondering what those new toys were for - and did your workout just now. Hell yeah!! This was great! What am I doing wrong? Whenever I do the exercises with my left leg, my right one starts burning but I rarely feel it on the actual leg I'm using? Great workout though, thank you! xx
Try making sure the weight is evenly distributed in both forearms or hands and make sure your not letting too much weight shift to the leg that’s not moving. Think about keeping the hips level to the ground below and keeping the core tight by bracing. Hope this helps ❤️
It wasn't my left or right hip I needed to "quiet" - it was my sobs and curses - especially during the side plank pulses 😭😱🤬 A gruelling but great workout - thank you ❤
Just recently discovered your videos after everyone had to start self-isolating, and I LOVE them! I am stuck in a small apartment and was mourning the loss of being able to go to the gym. The only home workout equipment I could find in stock were ankle weights, and your workouts using them have been amazing! Thank you so much for what you do!!!

Whenever I feel like giving up to take a longer break, I hear her voice commanding me to do the next move and it makes me immediately continue to do it. 😆 There’s no breaks 😆
