i had also my left shoulder injury 🥺🥺some time ago because I used to do sets directly without any warmup and it hurts. so follow some diet and a good physical therapist follow him take some rest until fully recovered and slowly start doing workout and this time you must do warmup before every single set ☺️☺️

A caveat for number 1. If not careful, you can easily impinge your shoulder while performing it, just be very careful or avoid it altogether.
