Hi sir.. 2 saal ho chuke he workout karte hue.. or me push pull legs routine follow kar Raha tha.. results bhi badhiya aarahe the.. magar life me responsibilities badh chuki he.. to itna hard train nahi kar pata, or agar Kiya bhi to recover nahi ho pata.. so kuch Aisa bata dijiye ke 45min-1hr me training bhi kare or frequency+ volume bhi bana rahe.. learnt alot from you.. but badi duvidha me hu.. so itne salo se guid karte aae ho.. abhi thoda kar do.. please really need your help.. love you alot❤
