    Finally a warm-up routine which doesn't feel like a workout by itself but actually just warm-ups up the supporting and weak muscles which are generally ignored

    This is why i do cardio, steppers, crossfit and some pushups, for almost 35 mins before workout. And stretching exercises. Really helps to activate the muscles

    Shoulder rehab movement means wast of Time because gravitational force is downward and you pulling right and left side that the angle between gravitational force on the dumbbell and rotation of your hand is 90 degree and as we know work = force× displacement ×costheta and cos90degree is 0 that mean the work done is 0 wast of time Jeet sir 🙏🙏

    Hello sir Mai yahi warm up follow krta hu but sb hste h or bolte h ki Etna worm up krne ki koe jrurt ni h only pushup pull-up kr k start ho jao or 1 warmup set without wight b ni lgane dete so what I can do plzz reply me.....nd thanku everything.....m biggest fan of u....love u sir...😊

    Hi Jeet, I do home exercises such as HIIT, pushups, pull ups etc. I did not realize the importance of warmups until i sprained by back really bad. Thanks for sharing those videos. Now I am going to follow the steps. Question: How much the light dumbbels weigh ? Thanks Pritam

    Sir pls tell me my knee injury
    when i do thigh exercise weight on my shoulder. There is some noise come from my knee.
    After that a noise always come from my knee . I unable to do thigh exercise. pls tell me what can i do

    Hi Jeet. I have recently found you and your videos are super helpful and informational. The way you explain things and your calm voice is very nice to hear. Can you please do a video for full body workout at home with minimal equipment. I am into strength training but I am very shy to go to a gym and also the weight section is always hogged by heavy guys and I feel shy to approach the section and no other girls do weight training so i feel very awkward. Please help me......

    Movements listed at the end of video were more of static stretching which should be performed for a cool down otherwise they can hinder your lifting strength in your workout. Please consider this point and clear my doubt for this

    good jeet salal Mne aapke kahe mutabik or aap ne jis tari ke bataya slow slow exercise ki mese mene bhi kiya but farak para muje to biceps or back me. really bhot ache video banate ho sayad muje aab malum laga ke gym kaya hoti he gym kese karte he. gym kise kehte he vo muje aapse malum huva.

      navdeep gupta hahah...lol his first exercise is stupid....direction of resistance should be in line with range of motion.....the first exercise has the range of motion perpendicular to line of gravity(resistance)...its like doing bench press while standing up

    Love it it was a big question of my life there should be some exercise to warm up I saw the first exercise on guruman sir's channel that was for Ball and socket joint pain
    but I tried these warmup exercise it made me lot more comfortable then ever 💪💪💪❤❤
