    Thanks for these videos. Two years later they are still really helpful.
    Is the material from about 31:05 to 38:50 covered in the PTS or the Aviation Instructor's Handbook, or is it extra material that you added? It's certainly helpful, but I don't see where in the FAA publications it's covered

    Hi Todd, I have watched this full series and have taken countless pages of precise notes coupled with some of your amazing analogies. I feel very comfortable with FOI now and scored a 98% on the test. I Have a question about something you said at 31:35 , I am now practicing Shepard air for the FIA and saw a question on there that directly conflicted with what you stated. You said “you must have 10 hours of flight training with a student before they solo” ….. Shepard air question #2905 asks “a student pilot must have logged how many hours of flight training before being endorsed for solo flight?” The correct answer is “No hour requirement exists.” ….. I was hoping you could clear this up for me. I could obviously just remember the answer to the question but I do want to actually know where you got that from and if it’s true or not. Again, thank you so much Todd. You are a life saver, I will let you know how I do on the practical test!

      That is so weird - and I am not sure of the point that I was trying to make there. There is no requirement for hours when it comes to solo. I am so glad that you caught that!

      Ah, I just figured out what I was trying to say!! I was discussing prepping the student for the 10 hours of required solo. It did not come out clearly, though. Thanks again for bringing this to my attention.
