    Banana is highcarbs, if u want to reduce weight u hv to stay away frm Banana, however i'll agree w/ avocado since its low carbs unlike banana.

      Bananas provide important potassium for heart health! I have one every morning for that purpose. And they taste great with coffee and a medium banana is only about 100 calories!
