Thank you so much for all this recipe. I am really impressed that I found a Indian channel who does focus on healthy fruits recipe. I am going to make all of them especially chia seed as it’s really good for weight loss. I had them for a while now but I needed recipe to make something with that . Also flex seed is really good for brain neurological problems. It can even cure depression as it can make a big impact in our brain chemicals. There is a certain type of salad which is really good for people who has severe mental illness. Currently I don’t remember that fully but I am sure you can find somehow in the online. I love yoga and I am going to try yoga for loosing belly fat as it’s been a year that I gain weight because of my medicine side effects. I honestly hate myself as I hate being a small elephant now. But i hope I can get back

Tried the fruit custard bowl. I did it with Apple, pear, pomegranate and papaya. It tastes soo amazing, especially with papaya. The papaya’s infused taste elevates the taste of the bowl to a higher level. Definitely recommending this.
