Shopping List:
1 lb cavatappi noodles
1 rotisserie chicken
2 liters of chicken stock
1 cup frank's red hot buffalo wing sauce
8 oz mozzarella
8 oz colby jack
8 oz cheddar
4 oz room temp cream cheese
hot AP seasoning and Ranch Seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne)
3 tbps butter
2 tbps all purpose flour
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half

It’s so hard not wanting to try it, but I don’t like cheese so it’s makes it much more difficult, but it looks delicious though honestly
I would love to try it one day without the hot sauce because spicy foods upset my ulcerative colitis very painful so no hot sauce when I try this.

man this one doesn’t work for me. If you want to make a buffalo chicken mac and cheese, do yourself a favor and just add buffalo chicken on top of your preferred mac and cheese. slopping all this together and mixing buffalo sauce into the cheese with the chicken and noodles is something I would have done stoned out of my mind back in the day in college. There’s no point in combining all this together. This is just buffalo chicken dip with noodles thrown into the mix, that’s it.
Considering it sounds like you haven’t tried it, I don’t see a lot of value in your opinion lol. Thanks for sharing tho. Hope you have a great weekend
I’ve tried it plenty of times. Like I said, it’s buffalo chicken dip with noodles. I know exactly how that tastes. And you know I’m correct too…..No need to get short with me about it. My comment was meant for other viewers, not you specifically. No need for internet drama on a food channel. I like the majority of what you put out there.
Can't call it Buffalo, and use ranch. Needs to be blue cheese. It's literally a sin to come to WNY and have ranch with Buffalo wings.
