1 lb thin sliced chicken breast
1 lb Mafaldine Noodles (use whatever noodles you want)
2 cups heavy cream
1-2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups grated or shredded parmesan
1/2 yellow onion diced
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs (+1/2 cup grated parmesan)
3 tbsps butter
Oil for frying
1 tbsp garlic
All purpose seasoning

I didnt have chicken breast so I fried some boneless and skinless chicken thighs I already had in the fridge. I used Italian seasoning instead of just parsley or oregano, salt and pepper to the taste in the sauce, and fettuccine noodles! SPLENDID!! Thank you so much!🥰
Me and my mom just cooked this today, this was the most fantastic fried chicken and Alfredo that I’ve ever had in my life! Most ingredients were even in the house, so if anyone is wondering if this recipe is worth it, it definitely is more than worth it!

thank you for introducing this delicious recipe. yes I have seen numerous and attempted numerous alfredo sauces but yours is tempting with the parmesan chicken on the top. i would say to those who are not lovers of onion, you can pure it in a blender but still cook it to crisp as it adds its own flavor.
