Buffalo Chicken Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded chicken
8 oz. Macaroni noodles
3 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Flour
2 cups Milk
½ tsp Salt ( I used two pinches)
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Ground Mustard
4 oz. Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
1 ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup sharp shredded Cheddar Cheese
⅓ cup Sour Cream
½ cup Buffalo Hot Sauce of your choice
Panko Crust Topping Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter
½ tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup seasoned Panko Crumbs

Browsing through some new recipe videos a week ago my boyfriend and I clicked onto your channel. We looked at each other and smiled so big and at the same time we both said, “Man, you can look into his eyes and tell he knows how to cook!” We sat and watched about an hour of mouth watering videos. A couple months ago, my husband & his best friend went out for lunch & he ordered Buffalo chicken mac n cheese and apparently it was SO GOOD that he has spent every moment of free time since then trying to recreate a buffalo chicken mac n cheese dish that stacks up to the one he had at the restaurant. Thing is… he’s not the greatest cook. So all of his efforts have fallen very… very short lol. Ever since he started attempting to make it at home and ever since every single time keeps coming out terribly, I’ve really REALLY been wanting to find a legitimately GOOD recipe & make it for him. I’m so grateful that I just happened to stumble upon your channel!
After coming across one of your videos randomly while watching other stuff, I went to your page & ended up watching a few of your videos on various recipes. One of the videos I watched was your creamy macaroni and cheese recipe. About half way though that video, it reminded me about my husband’s hopeless quest to recreate what he calls “the best thing I’ve ever eaten” (referring to the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese he had at the restaurant). I am SO happy that you have a recipe for this bc I have a very very strong feeling this is gonna be THE recipe that is gonna be able to pull off recreating the yumminess my husband has been craving ever since that day at the restaurant.
He works third shift so he’s sleeping right now. I’m gonna sneak off to the grocery store to get all the ingredients to make this & then I’m gonna try to make it without him finding out (so while he’s still asleep). Then I’m gonna make a big yummy looking plate and wake him up with a big forkful of it under his nose so that the smell wakes him up & then he’ll see the plate and 🎉 surpriiiiiiise🎉 ! 😆 the best kind of random breakfast in bed ever lol

I made this for my sons tonight and they loved it. I made three changes - 1: I only used extra sharp cheddar - no mozzarella. 2: I layered it in the pan and added more cheese :) 3: baked it for 20 minutes. Love your recipes brother. Trying your potato salad for New Years dinner.
