Thank you Sam for the dinner idea, I have a very picky daughter and she loves both chicken and mac’n’ cheese. But I have made several of your recipes and everyone I’ve made have been a hit. So to that I thank you

Did this for supper tonight. I have learned to make extra when making Sam’s recipes. Good thing too, as my 10 year old son just ate more of the chicken for a bedtime snack. Thanks a bunch guys!!

Made this for Mother’s Day with a couple small variations and it was a hit! I already had left over smoked chicken, diced it and put it on top of the pasta mixture in a deep baking pan, light dusting of the same BBQ seasoning that I put on the chicken, and put it in the oven until the top was slightly browned. It was so good, thank you for yet another amazing recipe.

I make a version of this. The sauce and noodles are the same but I make my own blackened season on chicken, pan sear and make sauce in pan. I call it blackened chicken pasta kinda stole the idea from a local Italian restaurant its one of my daughters favorite and once you have that cream sauce down you can make limitless pasta dishes. 👍 Great job Rabbi 👏

"testing out sizes. This one is too big, too heavy"
That, sir, is a damn good saucier. Besides, a wok (in the truest sense of the word) shouldn't be non-stick, and should be hand hammered, because you want stuff to cling to the sides, where it's not so hot while you do other things in the hot spot at the bottom. A non-stick wok defeats the purpose of the pan (clinging food on the side), and is basically what you got there... a damn good saucier.

The wok you’re using looks like a Korean style wok instead of a Chinese style wok or flat bottom hybrid wok. I’ve noticed the korean style is a more pronounced vertical sides and pan thickness compared to say a street or commercial style chinese wok which seems to be thin metal and more dome-d shape
