Oh goodness where do I begin 😂 headaches, nausea, imbalance, itchy skin, recurring UTI, dry skin, dry hair, weight loss, anxiety, frequent periods then suddenly missing for two to three months. Complete hormone imbalances and not feeling myself!!! What I do, lots of water, weight train, deep breathing, over the counter pain killers when it’s too much to bear, stretching, cut out caffeine, crawling into bed and try to forget about everything!!! It’s tough but it comes in waves but mostly feeling off 80% of the time…. Doing my best and praying a lot and releasing old trauma. Sheesh 😅 stay strong ladies ❤
I never knew about menopause until it hit me,I have gone so much with menopause problems,I am tired, have cry for menopause,I am not the same person any more, Right now I am going through Atrophic Vaginitis, because of low estrogen, and this one is not easy to go through, But I am just asking God for healing,🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for the histamine tip. I didn't realize my stress & anxiety was causing it. I have been breaking out in hives daily. I am under a lot of stress and had some bad anxiety, especially last week. Intolerances- Peanut Butter, Honey, Body Wash, Humidity. Humidity- This one is a nightmare. I live in one of the highest humidity areas in the United States. All my patience is gone. I am known for my patience. My husband's cologne. I don't have the heart to mention it. He wears it sparingly. I am sensitive to my odor too. I keep asking my husband if I smell. He looks at me like I am crazy, lol. I don't smell at all. I think I smell terrible.
Good reassurance if your husband says you're ok Safyne! If you live in high humidity, then dehydration can be a real issue so don't forget the plain water every day. For stress and anxiety, you may find the herb Maca helpful so worth trying for a couple of months. Best Wishes Eileen
This is so helpful. Thank you. I’m in my 30’s and experience all of these. Some of these factors my endocrinologist doesn’t have much knowledge about so your insights are much appreciated.
Great cumulative topic! I am definitely more emotionally sensitive now in peri menopause. The most bothersome sensitivity is my heightened sense of smell. I quite literally dry heave at distasteful or strong odors…and as you stated I experienced this during my first of two pregnancies.
Hiya. Gluten out the door Wheat out the door Dairy products out the door Strong perfume out the door Strong body wash out the door Thankyou once again ' bless 🙏 My body less sensitive now 💃
I'm so frustrated with histamine intolerance.Ive been struggling with this since july 2020. I don't mind giving up my wine, but I just can't give up coffee. I take a bromelain capsule every morning with food just so I can have my coffee. There's histamine in alot of healthy foods so it's very frustrating 😑 thank you for another great video hun.❤❤🤗🤗
I'm in the same boat Lori I love my one coffee a day and I don't drink. Spinach is full of iron which I need but then it's high in histamine too and it's so healthy..it's very frustrating 😠
@@gregsgirl23au I know, I use to love spinach Omelets, and salads. Not anymore. I pray this comes to an end for both of us soon, so we can have our quality of life back. 🙏 😊
Hi Eileen thank you for your video❤ I get all of these symptoms😢 God bless you with good health and a long happy and healthy life and peace of mind and heart and all the happiness in the world ❤❤❤ thank you for your support and help. God bless you 🙏
I am suffering from burning mouth sensitivity. I have talked with a few doctors and nobody seems to know the cause or how to help it. I tried to change toothpaste and mouthwash and that didn't help. It's painful and frustrating. The only thing that soothes is chewing gum. I've been dealing with it for about 5 years and feel it is connected to menopause. Thanks for all your information and education.
Yes I’m wondering if it menopause for me too but it’s acually feels like my tip of the tongue burns even looks red it’s very sensitive to hot food like spices I haven’t been getting any answers from drs I even get red burning hands and feet that hurt and it very stressing symptoms
Not sure if it’s helpful but I had Burning Mouth Syndrome first thing in the morning when I had Anaemia. Both my B12 and iron levels were low. I had B12 and ferritin infusions and after a few weeks it went away. I also found drinking water before eating food helped.
Thank you 😊 Ms Eileen,I wish women would live a normal life without menopause, my friends are complaining to me about menopause,I am in the same boat with them, I am just telling them the little I know, Bless Monday to you 🙏🙏🙏
Very educational video! 👍It's just as important for men to be aware of these changes; it really helps your partner when you understand what's actually going on.
Hi Eileen, was just wondering if menopause can cause dental problems, I have suddenly started with really sensitive teeth, never had trouble with teeth before ever, you look fabulous by the way 😊
Hi Julie Yes, this is really common; I ended up with really sensitive/bleeding gums! If your gums are tender as well (which can often cause the sensitive teeth too) you may find a supplement called CoQ10 really helpful, I would suggest 100mg a day to start with. Otherwise you could take a calcium and magnesium supplement daily, approx 500mg cal: 200mg mag. Avoid conventional teeth products as these can contain lots of chemicals and go with natural or organic ones. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Kafi Yes, headaches are actually really common, I've posted a vlog about this so please do take a look. www.avogel.co.uk/health/menopause/videos/eileen-answers-your-questions-on-headaches-and-dizziness/ Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Eileen, wonderful content as always I have been experiencing armpit pains before my periods and after the periods it has me in an anxiety mood any help would be appreciated
That's a really interesting one Amoya and Loz B! It could be due to congestion of the lymph system affecting the lymph glands in the armpits. This can often happen as oestrogen falls before a period and if you also get breast discomfort before a period, this can be linked as well. Dehydration (and constipation) could be a factor here too so remember to drink lots of plain water every day! Best Wishes Eileen
