    One of the best equipment free workouts, it's relatively slow so you really can focus on form and even without equipment will leave you sweaty afterwards

      You're tough, you can do it! You just need to gird your your loins, buckle up and put the pedal to the metal! And remember, if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the nuclear fusion reactor! And if you can't stand the cold, don't go skinny dipping in the liquid nitrogen! These words have stood me in good stead throughout my life.

    Loving this latest series: as usual, a combination of strength training with cardio and mobility. Just what this 52-year-old body needs to stave off muscle loss, osteoporosis, etc. Thank you so much for giving this amazing training to us.

    I love Calisthenics exercises! 🙂 It's great to shake things up by doing bodyweight exercises! After completing this workout, I feel energized. 😊👊

    I love that your workout challenges push me out of my comfort zone. Based on the title alone, I may have skipped thinking it was "too easy". Well... consider me a very sweaty and humble lady. 😂 Amazing! Just what I needed! I LOVED this one! Who knew!

    Yowser, my body needs some yoga after these last 4 days. I did sun salutations for the last set of burpees. All of it felt amazing, particularly the cool down. Thank you HR . Way to go Team fierce!

    Wow! I am still alive!!! 😂
    Honest opinion: Rather than 6 exercises per set, 4 or 5 could do too for me as it took me 65' to finish it in total. After the end of the second set I had to stop for 40" after each exercise rather than 20" to make it to the very end.
    Great workout nevertheless, magnificent exercises! Thanks Heather! ❤

    Wow, I have to say I was not expecting to sweat as much as I did🔥don't let the calisthenics/bodyweight only description fool you! This will be really effective!     I travel a lot and for several weeks sometimes, so these types of exercises are perfect! I also use the elastic bands.

      @@HeatherrobertsoncomThank you! I sometimes do some of the workouts from this playlist, however, the full body workouts are mainly hiit/cardio. I’d like to include exercises which are less sweaty but which focus more on strength using just my body weight as when I travel I don’t have access to dumbbells.

    my arms still burn from yesterday's workout and this one is really a sweat sesh. i barely can feel my thighs during wall sit 😂 kinda hate burpee but grateful for putting it last.

    That was a tough one, in a good way! I adapted the jump squats and burpees to lower impact variations you’ve done in other workouts as I have knee issues. The killer was the Bear Crawl😅 Nearly faceplant crawl on round two.
