Wow! I am still alive!!! 😂 Honest opinion: Rather than 6 exercises per set, 4 or 5 could do too for me as it took me 65' to finish it in total. After the end of the second set I had to stop for 40" after each exercise rather than 20" to make it to the very end. Great workout nevertheless, magnificent exercises! Thanks Heather! ❤

I’d like to include exercises which are less sweaty but which focus more on strength using just my body weight as when I travel I don’t have access to dumbbells.
my arms still burn from yesterday's workout and this one is really a sweat sesh. i barely can feel my thighs during wall sit 😂 kinda hate burpee but grateful for putting it last.

That was a tough one, in a good way! I adapted the jump squats and burpees to lower impact variations you’ve done in other workouts as I have knee issues. The killer was the Bear Crawl😅 Nearly faceplant crawl on round two.

I liked the mix up today. It still felt like a strength session and I enjoyed the balance practice of deadlift to lunges.
