    Ouahhhh!!!!!!!!this one is sooooo good!!!!! felt all my little muscles screaming!!! and i made it perfectly well!!! awesome Heather!!! my days with your trainings changed my body and over all... MY MIND!! no more useless stress, no anxiety, just happy to do things!!!!!!

    I just Love classic strenght workout. No fancy movements, no speed. The basic works.

    3rd time doing this and loved it all over again. First time I did this I could barely do a reverse lunge - today I did them holding 9kg 😅🎉🎉 Upped my dead lifts to 19kg as well. Thank you HR!!!

    I did this one 2 days ago and girl it was a sweaty consistant and tough workout and one of my favorites❤❤❤ Thank you Heather for being our coach who has been there to help us get healthier and stronger

    I remember when I did this in June, the split lunges almost KO’d me. This time I’ve got an actual yoga block and I can do them 🎉 Thanks Heather!
