    3rd time doing this and loved it all over again. First time I did this I could barely do a reverse lunge - today I did them holding 9kg 😅🎉🎉 Upped my dead lifts to 19kg as well. Thank you HR!!!

    I did this one 2 days ago and girl it was a sweaty consistant and tough workout and one of my favorites❤❤❤ Thank you Heather for being our coach who has been there to help us get healthier and stronger

    3つのroundsにそれぞれ違う部位のworkoutがある事、absも同じ時間がある事、何よりも2週間前から肋間神経と全身の筋肉が痛くてピラティスとヨガと少しのhiitしかできていない私にでも出来る負荷と動きで嬉しかったです。

    No pude aguantame las ganas de hacerlo. Muy completo justo lo que necesitaba para estos días. Pierna estuve con pesos por mancuerna de 20 y 25 LB cada mancuerna y utilicé normalmente 2, excepto en split. Arriba use 15 LB por mancuerna. Abdomen use 10 LB. Gracias HR lo amé ❤
