Hey 👋🏾 I do Heathers monthly plans on her website. They are all past workouts and a new one every Wednesday. That’s what I do to stay on track with her. Then when she posts these, they’re on the calendar too. It’s really cool. Me and sister have been doing her monthly program for 3 years now and it’s great. We never have to guess what to do and it always feels new and balanced! 💕
@hudsonkorion Hey! Thanks for the tip, much appreciated. I haven't followed the monthly calendar but I've been doing Heather's workouts for a few years now as well. I've done all the 12 week programs, Fierce, Glow Up, etc. I do her workouts exclusively because they have been so effective and are easy to work in to my schedule. Over the past few months I've been focused mostly on strength training and it's been a game changer, which is why I am really into the Fierce programs. I've lost pounds, inches, and am completely reshaping my body. I hope you and your sister are having similar success!

I needed this! was starting to feel bored with redoing an old program and the multiple rounds of each exercise really makes me feel the burn and get motivated to keep going because I can feel the difference in strength by the last round and have to lower the weights to finish it. Thanks Heather!!
