    As a 43 year old in perimenopause, I was stuck in a rut, found you in March of this year. I have been doing your workouts 5 to 6 days a week. It's been life changing!

    Life gets in the way at Times. Today was day 6 and 7. Loved both of them. I will definitely be running through this series again

    I've always been a massive fan of METCON workouts!! It's a great way to burn calories and develop strength 💪 I'm so ready to conquer this exercise! 👍

    48 in perimenopause. The last series with weights was a game changer and this one, though shorter, feels like a slight step up. Weights have done very well for me. Just still struggling with meno-belly 🙄. Heather, you’re amazing. Thank you 💪🏻💛

      I hear you. After 3 kids, meno belly. The struggle is real. I just started seeing an acupuncturist. I've only had one appointment so far but I think it's going to help. We're targeting gut inflammation and hormones

    Minhas pernas doem, braços também 😂, fiz o HR12 weeks completo por 3 vezes, comecei esse treinamento há 3 dias, e estou toda dolorida, mas não desisto pois ao final do treino me sinto mais forte e capaz mesmo aos 42 anos.     This year has been so challenging on so many aspects.. I'm tiring only just to allow everything..
    I'm challenging myself mentally and physically to follow along.

    Lovely Session, they always include different ways to move our bodies. Felt like pilates x strength x cardio crossover. I would have loved even a third circuit 😂
