As one of your male subscribers I think this has been your best series. I am a big fan of the Pilates and yoga inspired workouts. They are so unique. Metcon are my least favorite. Not that I want you to stop doing them, but I like to go heavier when strength training and the compound moves make that more difficult. One more thing. This channel is an inspiration. I enjoyed today workout She managed to make me work muscles we didn't use yesterday! That's why this challenge is great. The proof we can workout everyday : from intense, to streching part, to focusing into different parts and of course cardio in between!

I love Pilates! It's such a fun and enjoyable activity! Pilates has really helped my stability, mobility and balance. I'm glad we incorporated ankle weights, along with light weight dumbbells. I could feel the resistance and the intensity. Thanks, Heather! 🙂

yes, finally I can use ankle weights again. tbh, I only bought them a while ago and use them in ur workout but there's not much workout with it. I'm so excited. Tomorrow it is.
ive just started and am already sweating at rep 1 lol. the bicycle 100' really makes my abs cry. love it, I'm sweating like crazy and feeling good. Body feels so strong though.
Really love Pilates & Yoga: this one was hard, especially the first block because I only have 3kg dumbells as the littlest ones....The 2 first exercises were hell for me...🥵 but all the rest were great to do. Thanks for challenging me☺😘
