Thank you for the video! My physiotherapist recommended exactly these exercises but when I got home I realised I hadn't quite understood how to do them. So this video is really useful!!
Hey, i recently bought some bands for strengthening my shoulders because i've been having problems with them for quite a while. Was wondering how many reps and sets do you suggest doing for it to be useful?
@@JeffreyWittyMD thanks! I've been doing something quite similar until now - 4 sets of 15 reps each side By the way, is it okay if I can't pull my hand the full 90 degrees outward while doing the external rotation? Or should I get an easier band?
Thanks for this. Proximal injury repair was done. 2 months ago. It's been difficult

@deelloyd,
I'm glad you found them helpful. I hope to collaborate more i the future with our therapy team to make some content for you guys!
Thank you. I’ll definitely integrate them into my recovery exercises
So did you recover ?
@@user-mn8rb1mj1z i also went to a private physiotherapist, so I did exercises what she recommended as well. But yeah I did eventually recover
These exercises look like they target the muscle area that causes the most shoulder pain; and they were demonstrated well
