I already did my workout for today but it's been 12 hours and I don't want to wait for my next upper body day so I did this for a quick evening session. I really enjoyed the moves :) Your videos have helped me to get so much stronger in the past few weeks, I can actually visually see the difference in my quads, biceps, triceps and shoulders from when I first found your channel! Very nice , but deceiving workout. After 1st round it was quite easy, but after it got really tough. And it was a little different, so as always it was fun to do! Thanks Daniel, stay safe!
Thanks Neil, for my workouts here at UA-cam I have 12kg kettlebells - in the gym I tend to go heavier on my chest, back and legs. Would it be interesting for you to also see a gym upper body routine?
As you said properly sweating with a strength routine! Bentover pulls are inspired though I was losing a bit of form come the third set. Wasn't too sure about the drag curls but they seemed to make more sense by the third set. Excellent workout though thank you. I'd like some more of your chest routines please. There's one in particular of yours that is extremely well thought out and a later exercise even counters for the lost motion of not having a bench. Upper chest is something I'd like to target more as I like doing these videos far more than sitting on a bench in the garage with my bowflex dumbbells. I normally add my version of a pole one arm push up using a kettlebell for the outstretched arm (which is way more comfortable than hanging onto a pole) and occasionally trying to hit a bit higher up the chest by doing the the same one arm kettlebell push-up with my toes balanced on my 24kg kettlebell. Bit of core needed there too!
