This is my second week exercising with this video. I have been doing it 3 times a week and the progress is immaculate. I do no other intense exercise or physical activity other than this video one time (never double) and my biceps have almost doubled and i feel sturdy and I feel like my back is now straighter and easier to be sat with a straight back for longer periods of time. This is although seeming like a short workout that you won’t benefit much from, but it is way more than enough as long as you follow the exact movements and prefect your lifts. Thank you so much for this video. It’s truly a game changer!!

I'm a teakwood player girl , I'm into boxing too but now I'm focusing more on bodybuilding. I've started this today , the perfect video I found on yt. Although I'm a beginner so Delt raise were difficult for me with 3 kg dumbbells.
Been doing this twice a week for just over a month now and can really start to feel the difference. Today I’m gonna try it with heavier weights. Thank you!!
