I’m so sorry about this! The reason this has happened is because I am currently in a music licensing dispute on this video. A song used in the video has been incorrectly flagged as using unlicensed music and it should be resolved soon. Whilst it’s being resolved I have no control over the use of ads in the video. When the dispute is cleared I’ll make sure that ads do not appear near the start of the workout. Sorry again and I hope you enjoy the rest of the workout 🙏
Super underrated series, I was using your other kettlebell all in one workouts but may switch to this every other week to change things up. Still gotta work on my swing form, I find I get sore back when I do it still
Thank you so much! Make sure you don’t over-extend your back on the swings. Engage your core and do a sharp exhale when you extend your hips. Your arms should just be ‘along for the ride’, try to put all the focus on hinging and extending at the hips. Make sure the kettlebell come just below the crotch at the bottom of the swing, don’t hinge all the way and end up with your body horizontal to the floor. Hope this helps 👊
