    I have extremely unstable wrists and this is the only bicep workout I’ve ever found that doesn’t cause me extreme pain and bones shifting in my wrist :) thanks

    brachioradialis will be the main target of this exercise since the palms are facing in throughout the motion. concentration curls or biceps curls with lighter kettlebells can be done to really target the biceps
