Banded Pull Through | Movement Demo

  • Coach Rebecca demonstrates the Banded Pull Through. Use a high resistance band and attach to an upright at knee level. Use a double overhand grip on the band. Step forward into tension, maintain a slight forward lean, then hinge at the hips. Finish by extending the hips forward.
