perfect form
My chiropractor recommended these stretches a few months ago and I have almost complete pain relief now. I warm up with a quick mile on an elliptical, hang 30 seconds and then move thru the banded 7s before I lift. -I have modified to 1,2,3,5,6,4,7 -I find better response to 4 after 5+6 I tore something in my right shoulder in Spring 2020 and using it has been difficult ever since. Got an MRI and a surgeon said I was too young for such an invasive surgery.

How do you get the straps around the rings at 2:48 ?
Nevermind. Figured it out. The loops goes through the ring and then up and AROUND the entire mechanism.

Great review. I've watched a TON of reviews on loadable dumbbells and lots of guys have started out with the 15" vs 20" handles (10 lb vs 15 lb). The biggest complaint was that while the 15" were a LOT more maneuverable, they quickly ran out of "real estate" on the dumbbell as they got stronger, and wished they had the longer sleeves of the 20" handles for loading on plates. Just one way to look at it, I guess....

Whats the difference between gorilla row and gorilla seesaw row?
On seasaw row the weights are both in the air.
In the seesaw version, one weight is going up as the other is going down.

I like the 15 lbs version for snatches, C&J, etc. I use OSO collars. With the 10 lbs version, I can get 70 lbs on each easily with Rogue and Strength Co. plates and OSO collars. For rows, I like the Kabuki Kroc dumbbell because I can load it very heavily with 10 lbs plates.

@@figurechic any educated fitness, instructor or fitness content creator understands that there needs to be cues when showing somebody a new exercise there is plenty of ways to do the gorilla rose incorrectly and utilize muscles that don’t need to be utilized

Omfg...I hate crossfitters. What makes the burpee a great excersise is the squat and pushup. You have horrible form on your burpees. Bad advice 👎
