thats an amazing build, it is crazy to me that a game with so many mechanics can build a rule set based on real distribution of weight, even some small android games have this built in. If they did I could only imagine what could be made by builders
Thank you, if you're playing normally the bridge will take a lot of resources, so I recommend you make your bridge between two mountains above a river.
Wow, that is a nice looking bridge! And I know what you mean about extremely expensive builds - if you want to build something epic like this, it is iron that supports it. 😉
Since I'm an engineer too (I don't know bridges but ey it something) I will review it for you too. It's a nice looking arch bridge. Good foundations. Good structure. You can walk over it an sail under it with ease. The structural integrity is very good. The design with the stone and iron is insane. Considering the stress element in this game it's impressive. It looks beautiful. So I rate this bridge 42069/10!
I've been pretty busy recently and the valheim building world videos take a long time to make. But, I have made a new valheim series where I'm playing without a map and have the enemies set to the hardest difficulty but to be able to save time I put the resources at 3 times.
Clicked because the thumbnail looked like a neat bridge and I haven't reached Mistlands yet so I wanted to get a look at player-created bridges and not just the Dvergr's. I'd like this video better if you did less quick-pan movements back and forth; I know you're trying to get a view of the whole bridge and maybe quick-look is the way you play, but videos that do this are really disorienting to me. That said, cool bridge!
I'll keep that in mind whenever I pick up the building series again. I appreciate the constructive criticism and feedback. I also recently started a new valheim let's play where I play without a map and with the hardest combat difficulty, but I also have 3X resources on if you wanted another valheim series to watch.
Its not to much, this is getting built on our world right now. Give me a week il have it farmed up and built dont you worry :P just a couple days if the other guys join in with me.
@@DrewOfAnders its not quite as big as that one, and we already had the resources gathered. So really you cut out a ton of time by having the design already. normally i have to frame things out and find weak spots myself but this is already done. simple copy paste of the design on a smaller scale. its already almost done, got it framed in and the concrete started but not finished yet, had 2 others helping
I don't have time for that. I have projects in my normal valheim world that I have started over a year ago and they're still not completed. My entire life isn't all about video games. I have to work, maintain a balanced social life, and relax or I would burnout and not make any videos.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed me playing poly bridge in valheim. it takes a lot of iron to be able to build this so choose wisely where you build your bridge.
If I had time for that and found it useful in my survival world I would but, I've also recently started a big build in my survival world and I'll make a video for next week for what my plans are for it.
TIP: when you are doing build video, just post speed run video of you building, not 4 pictures of 4 stages of build saying 10 times how it is symmetrical. Honestly this was kind of boring, but speeded video of you building everything would be much better, no ill content here, just giving honest feedback.
I appreciate the feedback. I am able take constructive criticism. There would be 2 ways to do that. The fist way I would just record everything that I do. The issue with that is it would take a large amount of computer space that I don't have. So to be able to do that I would have to delete a few big games so that I have 200 GB's of space just for the valheim building videos. The other way to do this would be to get a mod that would be kind of like the replay mod for minecraft but for valheim. The issue I have with this is I don't know how to get mods without someone helping me. I think I would prefer to have the mod because I think that once I have it it would be easier, more space efficient and, it would simply look better. Thank you for letting me know what you think. I'll probably look into getting a mod.
Nice looking bridge. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Your welcome and thank you for commenting.

Thank you, I agree I very much so enjoy valheims building as a builder myself.
1:21 oohh he would be proud for sure. A 10/10 bridge review :D
Thank you, I'm glad that you think so.
Haha bcs of RCE, now I always wondering about RCE's bridge review everytime I see a brigde and you mentioned RCE put me a big smile 😆
I love RCE's content. One time I emailed him asking for UA-cam advice and he actually responded and gave me solid advice for videos.
this bridge is awesome, you did a great job my man!
Thank you!
Impressive, i love how symmetrical it is!
Thank you
Just watched the entire series.
More videos like this would be appreciated
Well, I do my best to post valheim building videos every Thursday.
i know im late to this video but this is one awesome bridge.
Great work and nice details.
Thank you. Don't worry about being late all the views still count.
Amazing build. The attention to detail and aesthetics take this bridge to 11!
Thank you, I'm glad you think my bridge is an 11. I just hope that it is 11/10 not 11/100
This is a beautiful bridge!
Thank you!
That's a serious and cool bridge, well done!
Thank you, it took me 8 hours in creative mode to be able to build.
nice looking bridge 👍
Thank you.
Gorgeous bridge. I'm inspired to try it myself now!
Thank you, if you're playing normally the bridge will take a lot of resources, so I recommend you make your bridge between two mountains above a river.
Wow, that is a nice looking bridge! And I know what you mean about extremely expensive builds - if you want to build something epic like this, it is iron that supports it. 😉
Thank you. Yes, it is iron that is the main support of many of my building world builds in valheim.
Amazing looking build!
Thank you.
Looks awesome! Well done dude
Thank you, but I prefer my steaks medium rare.
Cool build bro, try talking into a mirror while you record, it helps to make you less nervous when recording.😅
Alright, I have a mirror above my tv that I use for a monitor so I'll definitely try that.
This was an amazing build, thanks for sharing.
Thank you, and you're welcome.

Wow, that's the best rating number someone can receive for a bridge. Thank you.
@realcivilengineer Look at this man! Rate it!
I would love it if he would give me a bridge review.
that is amazing and I love how you did the structure.
Thank you, I'm glad you think so.
@@DrewOfAnders I like to see proper engineering techniques in games. It makes things feel more solid. If that makes sense.
Yeah It does make sense, even if in the game it doesn't add in any support.
How many 2m beams high is it so the boat can clear?
I don't know off the top of my head. I normally just trial and error it until it works which is why the boat is sitting there in the video.
well done man, this looks incredible, keep it up :) more videos please

I built a better bridge without any console commands, also fitting a longship underneath it!
Ok, good for you.

Sounds like you got a lot of time on your hands

Yeah, it's nice looking, but build it with no cheats and a .5 resource rate world then I'll be impressed.
I don't have time for that. I have projects in my normal valheim world that I have started over a year ago and they're still not completed. My entire life isn't all about video games. I have to work, maintain a balanced social life, and relax or I would burnout and not make any videos.
Actually a super cool build. Definitely something I want to try sometime if the opportunity comes up. Earned a sub from me.

Not exactly the way it would have been built. Arches.
You can only do so much in a video game.
we get it you can talk
Not very well.
Now do it in survival

Nice bridge but you sound stoned or drunk, or both.
Nope, I'm just retarded. I'm not actually retarded I just have a speech impediment.
Very nicely done!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked my work.
