Holy blueberry fvcking muffins! How the hell can I become a part of VET Tv??! I need to be part of this time now!
I'm making the purchase for a subscription now.
Hay where do you do the casting for these shows? Seattle? Idk about money. These jokes are great
This is literally the office in military form
Seriously! Holy shit I had no idea!!
No, the office was good
@@matthewmerical767
Haha was thinking the same. Kowalski is like an Army version of Dwight.
That's the whole point.
Kolawski is every senior NCO with over 15 years experience, delegates his shit and then disappears for the day
Kind of reminds me of the E-4s.
The MSG I worked for usually hung around all day doing whatever it was that he did.
Kolawski just wanted to have a few real friends but those are hard to come by.
We had Motorpool plt as part of H Co. and their Plt Sgt just played hand held games all day in his office. They got a new Plt Leader that started working on vehicles and was getting shit for it. Cool dude. Too bad he Armyed up.
I hope the Shop gets another season, the characters had good development, chemistry and depth.
Second season is coming in 2020!
Not the only thing coming in 2020
Secret Lizard how’d you know
Secret Lizard did you just predict corona??
Secret lizard must be a secret squirrel...very poor cover ya got there, guy. Lol
The retention NCO is exactly what my army buddies said theirs was like. Glad I joined the Air Force, where I could separate without anyone telling me I'd be a POS on the outside. I got to find that out myself.
Pog
midnight bliss SURE TOLD HIM!
I kept staring at the Irish Pennant hang'in off his right shoulder... couldn't concentrate after that!
@@ericjx ahh did that hurt your feelings 🤣
😂😂😂
"I think that is something we should delegate"
Priceless words...
Alongside with voluntold
I served 6 years with my local National Guard Field Artillery Unit from 82-88. I joined 3 weeks after my 18th birthday. I was a senior in highschool. I really enjoyed my service, but decide to not reenlist. I had gotten married to my wife. She was in our local Army Reserve Unit. She quickly became pregnant and opted to end her enlistment. So I decide to not re-up and start my family. On my last drill, my Lietinaunt took me to a room upstairs in our armory. He sit me down, put a relist paper and pen by me. He said I couldn't get up and leave until I signed the paper. He then left, coming back in every now and then. After an hour or so he started making me all kinds of great offers if I would just sign the paper. I was tempted, but wouldn't break. He finally told me I could leave with a very unhappy face.
SGT Cortez acts exactly like a real E-5 in the Army. Kudos for the actor!
When Vet TV has more accurate representation than like 95% of all Hollywood ever XD
Vet Tv should be on at the VA all day. Yeah, right, like that will ever happen...
@For Redwall god damn boomers are such sissies
And entitled
My dad demands his home depot discount like he owns that shit
@Malcolm we can if you want to wear a muzzle. I identify as someone who cant wear masks. The vet hospital doesnt recognize that excuse though no matter how many times i try. I havent seen my dr in over 2.5 years and they wont refill my prescriptioms. Im trying to get them from mexico but the wont let my allergy medicine through the border but they let all the fentynal through. Fck the glwngrs
@@michealstotten3741why the fuck are you even here m*r*n? Get lost and stop trying to use YT comment sections to cope with your terrible life. Your dad should've whipped you into respect and discipline. Since you can't even let your pops who served his country use something as simple as a home depot discount. Sucks to be around you since sharing and being kind are not your strong suit 😂
Gracen explaining the patreon girls to his wife lmao.
So awesome to see mail duty get shown in the S-1. I did mail duty while working in the S-1. Best. Job. Ever. After you do your morning PT and personal hygiene, you go to the Motor Pool, check out your Hummer, and go to the U.S. Post Office on the base. Get your mail and literally drive all around the base just delivering and picking up mail. As long as you get things done, never show that you're happy (there are haters), and never let anyone see you sham, it's one of the top, if not, best duties for E-4 and below.
Mirrors reality so well. S1 never gets any work done
Fuck you unappreciative bastard
S1 shreddes my LoC
Oh well. Lol
@@how2man613 fuck you lazy bastard
"Getting to work with your friends is one of the best parts of being a soldier." "Friends" is a strong word, Sarge. I had co-workers, one who made me late for duty because his drunk ass wouldn't get out of bed and he was my ride, one who I'm pretty sure was a tweaker, and an E-5, who like this dude, was on his way out the door.
I'll never forget about the hardcore infantry Captain who was injured and can no longer deploy to austere environments so he gets gets assigned to admin staff while awaiting his MEB/PEB. We also had the LT who wasn't sure he wanted to be a LT any longer so he was assigned to the 3 shop to change his mind.
This is PTSD inducing accurate.
19:09 I replayed this part so many times! Got to love that leadership! xD
Good looking out for the full episode y’all! Will definitely be subscribing this week. The world needs a military mockumentary.
Can’t stop binge watching. The acting on this channel is better than most junk on tv.
That book Outliers gave me flashbacks as I remembered semi-literate SNCOs trying to explain statistics to me...
SGT Cortez is exactly my situation and it makes me uncomfortable how accurate it is
My dad spent his whole career in admin from his time in Vietnam till he ended it as an E9 in 1999. The man has some of the funniest and most tragic stories ever.
Behove you. Haven't heard that since Army JROTC
Jrotc? Gey
PRIVATE I BEHOVE...
So the pretend military?
Ok weirdoflex did you enroll in Army ROTC?
"it is depensive..."
Damn. As a retired Army 11BB4 I have a TON of stories about all our shops over the years as I’m sure most other career Soldiers have. Always fun to send a newby to the PX and tell him to buy a 6 pack of “dickin’s cider” or to the BMO and ask for a case of “hydra stop”.
The cake moment and the speech are all the same 😂😂😂😂 the Sgt is the only one organizing it and the lower enlisted just stand there lol
The funniest part was dude gently smiling after painting some shit on his fingernails. 🤣🤣 I dont know why that just cracked me up.
I had an office idea for my brigade. Glad to see someone else did.
“In the rear with the gear”. Bruh that’s how my grandpa described the guys who’d sit back in firefights at Khe Sahn.
They're the smart ones. your grandpa is lucky he made it home to tell that shitty joke.
David Alexandrovitch my grandpa was fighting his ass off. Guys who couldn’t pull their own weight could cost the entire platoon. Ended up with multiple wounds. Cpl. Ronald Gulbronson. You can look his story up, Maryland times did a piece about him along with a few other guys that were getting honored roughly 10 years ago.
@@TheJMan1K Nobody cares. He was probably sucking down other soldiers sausages.
David Alexandrovitch *Marines
Ohh what shining gems of humanity in this comment thread. 😂
Haha. Damn. I was admin in lejeune. Yeah, almost everything is quite like it. I miss it, and get anxiety just thinking about it. Glad im in college now!
Admin here! Getting out in 98 days!
The retention in admin at Lejeune was HORRIBLE. I remember so many of my buddies going 4 and done. Most of them were admin marines. We all felt sorry for them
“It’s been an honor serving under you” lol 😂
Did he say 9,000 hours of training in a year lol
Exaggeration for effect. There is, in fact, more training required than days available for training.
www.ausa.org/articles/no-time-literally-all-requirements
So typical. A ssg with no combat patch
I mean, why would a ssg with combat experience be in a shop unit?
alexisXcore93 Good question. 🤔
A "participant patch" doesnt mean shit dude. That's literally all it is, everyone gets one down range. Deploy to the Stan or the sandbox, never leave the base, head counting at the chow hall...you'll get a "combat" patch. It means nothing.
They don't have jump wings either.
Falling out of a plane doesn’t mean shit either.
I've worked at a division 1-shop and a state joint forces headquarters. This is too damn accurate! I could swear I've served with these exact people! 😂
For some reason this is the show that made me wanna enlist idk why.
"The nice applebees" lmao
This episode really made leaving the Marine corps a billion times easier.
Good luck at Wal mart.
@@fullretardcustomguns837 how do you know his Mos? My buddy was a marine who reenlisted and then afterwards came out going to USC and quickly working at a gas company petroleum fuel plant doing God knows what but making over 100 K year starting.
Foxx literally pulled "short ways for attention, long ways for results"
The Shop is for the military world like The Office was for civvies. Absolutely classic. :)
Another great episode! Really hope more episodes come for this series
This was pretty funny. And ahh yes always great seeing The "one" who thinks they're going to be the one who turns it around lmao
this may sound weird but my goal is to go in the military and then make it into your shows
Take it from me, don’t
Yea and every service member getting out has the same exact goal lmao
Just so you know you don’t have to be in the military to be a on a “military show”
@@vicisaac21 where's the fucking fun in it then?
I love how they're all Air Assault LMAO
“It’s pronounced Patreon, she’s a photographer” hahaha
That was brutal. I don't know how the captan didn't find a reason to avoid all of that
82nd in Fort Bliss?😂
Field Artillery regiment not airborne division en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/82nd_Field_Artillery_Regiment
Fuck Bliss and super fuck Biggs.
@@suspicioususer they should have 1st Cav patches on, not 82nd Airborne patches.
This man really holding the phone upside down 21:38
Lol, the Specialist trying to figure out how to pack a tin in the very beginning, so true.
“A, oh my” 🤣
I love this show so much! Can't wait for more!
Damn, y'alls content is so freaking outstanding 👏
This is basically just a very dark ... The Office (season 1), on a military style Brilliant.
Saw an episode on vice about Vet TV. I mean I got dark humor this tested me and it's awesome.
After seeing this. I’m actually happy about being retired Naval Aircrew. This looks likes the boy scouts to me. I couldn’t handle how annoying this life would be.
Thanks!
Wow it makes being a maintainer feel so much better.
Kowalski makes me uncomfortable
yep these are the shops
S1 after one outprocessing packet and a bonus packet: "welp, guess it's time to take lunch til friday"
The 1 Shop. Thank you, but no thank you. Too many POGs.
This needs an angry cops reaction
That face at 14:10 is too real
Anyone else notice that Smith doesn’t have his Ranger tab?
And you didn't catch on that the flags on their uniforms are backwards either
Brent Tate you’re not serious right
Their uniforms look so jacked up
I was stationed at Ft Bliss Texas, 97 - 2000 and from 2001-2003, I was a 63B Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic. Great show guys! Keep up the great work!
AC & Jack are like twins.
The look on his face bro was priceless. Damn why cant mine be that big LMFAO!!!!!
Jus here to say that the number of views for the premier for me was 420. Have a good day.
Thanks dad
Andy2knives No problem son
Smells like sex in here.....
Is this what admin is like in the army? our battalion s1 is like 5 dudes total
Ain’t no such thing as a nice applebee’s
That female captan was awesome
The way they pronounced Nguyen had my dying 😂 first time I’ve ever heard anyone pronounce my last name like that
Nagoyan... nyugeen...
16:20 a short clip of majority of fake friendly senior enlisted in active army and why I chose to get out after 6 years of active duty
Nigga please haha
16:25 you ever go way out of your way to get in a girls pants?
When I can afford it I’ll subscribe. This is high quality entertainment.
Yo this is literally if the office was military😭
i fuckin love vet tv, im not a vet, but i love it and im a sick fuck just like these guys so even though i cant totally relate its still hilarious and it still speaks to me haha its a great thing, and it reminds me of a good friend and marine who took his life and i think this wouldve helped him. much love to all the veterans and current service members, if i wasnt too old id probably join up
This is brilliant I'm not even from a military background or anything but I love the humour.
I'm a civilian and I love vet tv
42A....yall are a strange breed. So this is why my paperwork is always "lost"? I knew yall were just smokin n jokin the whole time lol
22 club had me dying
love the demotivation posters
Man..y'all should a series about me and my buddies in Iraq in 04. Truck drivers. And the same for our mechanic buddies. The funniest shit you could have seen rolled through our battalion. Once, this hmvee rolled in on three wheels, I looked at my buddy and he was like "quick fix, no sweat." Maybe I'm just drink and remember it as funny (edit) and also shittinf in drip pans while driving, taking IEDs and ignoring it because of the bullshit AARs, driving over dead bodies and laughing about etc. Yeah, I could write a book of bad poems
the phone line being tangled really hit home for me.
😂😂😂
This is so hard to watch 😂
Join club 22 was killer...
Next episode:the new car
19:08 "I'm back shitbags" LOL
Watching these makes it so much harder to quit smoking.
I feel like Cortez is most people on their way out. "should'a gone to college"
They just got lost on their way there.
The fact that this has ads is amazing 😂
Pam left Jim for that NCO
damn this shit brings back memories
I loved this show the asian guy was funny af
Yalll reallllllllly neeeeeddddd to work on that intro song
ohhhh that double AA patch game tho
This is no shit the realest content.
This is literally like my admin Marine Shop.
Sewed on PFC is crazy
lol! 1989 was my first mandatory woke training at Ft. Lewis. All about how to talk to ladies.. we were supposed to stop singing the “two old ladies“ cadence etc.. We’re talking infantry. We sang it anyway. Sorry Slick Willie.
The cameraman trying not to laugh at 17:33 holy fuck
Love it! great stuff have to keep it going!!
