My niece left home for the first time ever away overnight and joined the army. She met a Air Force Sgt. and got married. She wanted to serve with him so they transfered her out of army and into the Air Force. She then got Pregnant and tossed out of the Air Force but still living on base..in Japan. All this in one year!

It's frowned upon and discouraged by the upper echelons. But not exactly illegal. It removes (or is supposed to) any conflicts of interest and anything that could possibly cause it. Was rare to see or hear about it when I was enlisted. But times have changed, lol.

😂 I remember us all being brought in and questioned about rather we had seen anything "inappropriate" between a female trainee and the instructor during AIT. Apparently someone had complained about them. We didn't give a tinker's damn about the instructor or his career tbh, but the fellow trainee was a different story. She said nothing happened when questioned so we all backed her up and said we never seen a thing. She had him by the balls for the rest of the cycle and she used it to the entire classes advantage. Fun girl and actually very sweet tbh, but none of us would have been caught alone with her for anything after that.

The video mostly records his NCO's reaction to Specialist Sparky parking his new ride in the company lot. It ends in one of the most gobsmacked NCO lines ever.... "I... I... I don't even know how to put this in a counseling statement!"

I saw both of the above mentioned situations. The Drill Sergeants (yes plural) got demoted and eventually discharged. An officer and a 1SG dated and got married in TRADOC (of course). I'd like to say it's unbelievable but it isn't.

Made awesome friendships, learned that it really is a small world in the military from a couple of my Drill Sgts, another story, and it made me a better man than the fuck head I was before I joined lol

Did my basic in Ft. Leonard Wood in 1993. Delta 4 10. Anyways a Drill Sergeant did indeed get caught having a relationship with a private while I was there. I kept wondering why the two of them was always together.
We heard rumors back in Fort sill Charlie 4 71 2012" but I kno I got lucky with one or two of the female recruits my self ;)
Same story in AIT at Ft. Jackson in '86. At my 71L co-ed class (Admin), their was a female who always there at the DS' office. She gets the pass every weekend with him, I bet.
