By the ending I felt that. I wasn’t in military. They say it’s not cold calling or cold knocking, but it might as well be. We’re expected to take the blame when no one is wanting. It’s our fault that we’re spending so much time trying to please our boss to have money for the girl but because we’re trying to support our family, we lose them. The world is so backwards and people truly don’t get the appreciation they deserve while some other ass hat gets attention just because he’s loud or manipulative.

This honestly irks me so much. The military supposedly struggles with recruitment, yet I tried to join when I was younger. I didn’t want to join for the benefits, the pay, or the schooling. I genuinely wanted to repay my debt to society and I felt the military would instill the much needed discipline and structure in my life and give me the purpose I always was seeking. No matter what I did, I could not join because of the mistakes I made as a kid. Turns out it was me lol
"I don't have tits Sgt!" "It looks like your working on some!" LMFAO!! Classic!
Not usually into Vet TV but this was actually pretty well made. Sat through the whole thing. Decent acting and delivery.
Ah they didn't show Jodi sliding in after she hung up on her husband.
Reminded me what was said about recruiting duty in the 1950s .
1. If your married you get divorced
2. If your single you get married
3. If you do neither you buy a
new car
USMC retired 1951 1971
GYSGT
She’s just swiping on tinder lol
"We're not obligated to do that" Sounds like the Uvalde police...
Dammmn
As a former Army recruiter ('88 to '99) this episode is spot on. Incredibly long hours and stress. Success came at a very high price.
If only it was the checkpoint charlie cop that hit the guy.
1:27 that guy in the back naruto running has got me dead 💀
Good episode guys comedic yet hitting on some dramatic notes keep it up
JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!!!!!! Ill pay money for this.. Was a USMC Recruiter from 2000-2004 and this, THIS IS GOLD~~~~!!!!!!
Lol this show is more serious than I first tought. It's actually pretty good.
As a former Marine recruiter I can verify this is 99% accurate, down to the enlistment video. Except I had to have 3 appointments.
"Well that escalated quickly"
By the ending I felt that. I wasn’t in military. They say it’s not cold calling or cold knocking, but it might as well be. We’re expected to take the blame when no one is wanting. It’s our fault that we’re spending so much time trying to please our boss to have money for the girl but because we’re trying to support our family, we lose them. The world is so backwards and people truly don’t get the appreciation they deserve while some other ass hat gets attention just because he’s loud or manipulative.
getting shot from behind got me !
Staff Sergeant Curtis.
My Marine recruiter. Was with me every step of the way.
God dam that is the worst security guard I have ever seen
I've seen worse...
Since when are schools allowed to have armed guards anyways?
indyjons321 since like forever ago??
I mean... national guard...
indyjons321 My school doesn't have security but it does have at least one police officer around
🤣😂@5:17, @10:34, it's phone listings for St. Marys, ON...Canada!
That Marine Recruiter is a GOD dam HERO!!!!
This is fucking hilarious, the storyline is good and the acting isn’t bad. Keep up the good work guys.
Thanks for the support.
6:35 A gunny talked to ms in this tone at MEPS when I was partnering up with someone doing crunches, I distanced myself and looked awkward while holding another guy, the Gunny ( a women ) said "JESUS BRING HIM IN HE AINT YOUR FUCK BUDDY"
This is my favorite show... This show alone is worth the subscription!
I agree, has good depth and accuracy too!
so who in the right mind with a firearm shoots with their eyes closed!?!?!
a vet from the national guard
The National Guard.
The nasty girls
@Black Liberalman What? You are braindead
This is the best channel on the face of the planet.
Im not in the military, but the humor is fucking priceless.
My juvenile record barred me from enlistment and I’ve always felt like I missed my calling and have always deeply regretted screwing up my life. I understand their reasoning, but I sincerely wish I could have been given the opportunity.
5:25 - Even though Gunny gave our staff sergeant a lawful order to do what Sgt A-Cups shows him to do, she’d better show that E-6 some respect.
Lol rank only matters if you're competent with your job, I've seen several horrendous fuck ups in the system that promoted the absolute retards and left the good ones behind so there's always that
This is my gripe with VET TV. They show the skaters/shitbags of the military. They cater not to Veterans but those who joined the military for college or didnt know what to do after high-school.
@@Yammie_Moto671 Skaters and shitbags are the ones who run the military. Anybody with any sense got tf out.
@@atadbitnefarious1387 LOL! "Anybody with a sense got out". Try finding/keeping a job with this virus Pandemic. While I sit on my guaranteed E-7 pay, BAH, Retirement, Medical, Dental, etc. Life is good!
BTW, they cut our hours, so we only work once or twice a week but still get the same pay. God bless America!
@@Yammie_Moto671 So you still collect pay while doing nothing, and don't even feel bad about it.
Kind of a skater/shitbag thing to brag about, which proves my point.
To be fair, most government jobs are like that. That's why it's so full of incompetent people. They get complacent and comfortable.
Coolaid drinking E7 making fun of kids that chose to get out early? You're literally the stereotype my dude lol. TYFYS.
“I’ve got some Gunny stuff to do.” I never heard that said once but it’s definitely a thing.
I still say it after fifty years retired USMC GYSGT 1951-1971. I write more got GYSGT things to do, or as a pussy whip civilian would say honey dos
Worked in Army recruiting (civilian) at the battalion level for many years. This is brutal. . . .ly true. Only thing they didn't show was a recruiter boinking a DEP
Go watch the rest of the season. We've got all kinds of other shit like that in there
"Domesticated Terminal Poolie." Goddamn, I thought we were the only ones that had that.
Tbh, at my recruiting station I never heard this term. So it's actually new to me.
Jesus I thought this was going to be a documentary series 😂😂😂
I was a Recruiter. It kinda is.
Uvalde police vibes 100!
