This felt so good and really helped my whole lower leg! I’ll be adding this to a weekly stretch! Thank you Julia. As for this video, I'm a dancer and I was looking for a video with ankle exercises between advancesd exercises for ballerinas and exercises for non dancers to readapt my feet strength slowly as I injured myself. How often would you recommend these? BTW I am a figure skater and your channel has saved me, literally. I have a weak ankle and it was starting to become an issue while skating but I ran into your channel and I come on here throughout the entire day especially before my training sessions. I am thankful for you and your content, Julia!
That‘s so good to hear Rebeca! 👏🏼 I don‘t know your training schedule but I‘d recommend once a week. Personally I batch all my preventative training into 1 training day per week - so working on all niggles, weaknesses etc. on that dedicated day. 🤗
I‘m sorry but I cannot and am not qualified to give medical advice on your issues - please consult your healthcare professional. 🙏🏼 Personally I would stay away from these until the inflammation has gone away/down to not aggravate it more.
