I've personally never experienced them before, especially in the way you present everything, and I literally wake up excited to follow your mobility tranings/workouts ♡♡♡ I'm also recovering from tendonosis in my shoulders and knee. So I'm taking it easy and being safe, but allowing my body to have full mobility, which feels incredible! Anyways, thank you so much. P.S I love the music choices, they're always motivating 🎵
Interesting combinations of movements…makes the muscle work while stretching…very valuable. You could take out some of the repetitions and have a beautiful choreographed dance. In symmetry even. 😊 Great room! Great job! 🎉🎉

Loved this. The preview was great help to show each move in a good time frame. The moves were fantastic. Half pigeon I loved. And I really enjoy seeing the different levels on the screen to help myself move deeper into a move or maybe not so much on others. I had just did the previous Pilates x mobility in the December Special Playlist so I actually found my hips were sore. This video hit it all and felt amazing. I am really enjoying your collaborations. They have been really good with a good blend of both of you. Thanks for your hard work ladies. ❤❤❤ 👏
Take a quick look at her videos before your workout, especially in the beginning. Just skip through and check any movements you’re unsure about. Her visual cues are super helpful and make it way easier to follow along. The first video I tried was honestly a bit chaotic (in a funny way)-I couldn’t quite keep up, and my coordination was all over the place. But I loved how it made me feel and could tell she really knows what she's doing. So, with practice, it’s gotten so much easier, and I’m learning more about my body and about full movement! If her style clicks with you and you’re into CARS, previewing the movements beforehand really helps. It’ll make everything flow and feel so much more natural! 😊
I like this better because I can follow my own breath rhythm instead of trying to match a teacher's signals. Much easier to connect with what I actually need to do.
