I amazed myself with this mobility flow. Still struggling with the kipping table. Think I need to work on my hamstrings more, but I was able to do plow without struggling for the first time. Plow was a tuff one for me for a while. Progress not perfection. Love it. Thank you Julie and Marie
This,,,, THIS Ms Marie, coming off of being sick for three days, no workout in a week and maybe a couple days before that... was REAL! I had to stop a couple times to get right. And it was absolutely amazing! Thank you Julia for all you do and for your guest. My body moves in ways it didn't before meeting you. And i highly recommend you to many. I am definitely going to do this several times this month.

I love when the 2 of you collab together and I have been enjoying these routines😍 You 2 are my dynamic duo for mobility and strength! I can easily modify moves for my sensitive wrists and neck by doing a glute bridge as a sub for the kipping table and legs up the wall/pilates roll up for the plow pose. Thank you for your fun and effective routines!
Oh this was such treat. Felt so amazing on my back and spine to help loosen up the tightness. I love the flow and how each move builds on each other. Such great compliments of each other.

Please make more mobility flows. I just did this and I loved it. I’ve never done a mobility flow and it’s great for getting you into the mood for getting active all day. Make more variations is we can do a different flow everyday.

This was really enjoyable and kept things interesting. I loved this format and will be saving this to repeat on rest days. It’s a great stretch/move/mobilize full body routine. I love both channels now (still don’t like Pilates w/ Marie tho sry lol). I just don’t have the balance to make Pilates enjoyable lol.
