I work full time on my landscaping business, and have very little time to fit in body work but these videos have made it possible to fit in a mobility workout after my morning workout and the difference is massive... Julia is by far one of the best doing these tutorials and leading on here. I have watched many videos from influences and professionals, there are different styles to teaching, and i love the style she has and he does it well, no BS or talking, just straight the flesh 💯 💗
Julia is so fresh with her videos. Many mobility influencers are hard to follow and they talk. Julia is effective and easy to follow. I find no talking helpful so I can focus on my movement.

I strained my back over a month ago and nothing has provided relief like this spinal mobility video. I have done it four times in the last week and I can tell my back is loosening up and regaining strength after my injury. I plan to add this to my regular workout rotation. Thanks Julia!

Another incredibly helpful session. You should consider educating the so-called medical staff :) Some of your exercises are shown with much more detail and precision than what I've been shown by medical personnel. Your videos are sooooo beneficial! Keep it up ;>

Good question actually! I create tension throughout the body to keep up a good posture. Helps with focusing on the movement too IMO :) I learned this from beardthebestyoucanbe 👏🏼

I can recommend doing her shorter mobility workouts as a warm up for your real workout, it works wonders!
