Love this gentle flow! I have done this many mornings now. I also appreciate that this video does not consist of sun salutations. I have shoulder issues and even planks on my knees can get tiresome after several rounds. Alo Yoga/Moves has been my go-to during this covid pandemic. Thank-you!
I do love it it is the right thing for me to wake up myself and my body. It is magic! I cannot do without and it does help to prompt my focus for the rest of the day!

A slow paced practice to wake up! I felt like there was a lot of unnecessary chatter which was making me anxious. It would have been nice to have some music to match the pace of the practice. A gorgeous studio/video set up! I will be checking out more video practices, but this was not a favorite.
