This Keto sweet bread does not contain the inflammatory wholewheat and wholegrains that make traditional bread carb dense. Instead, you’ll find ingredients that are low in carbohydrates, such as keto-friendly flours (like almond flour, coconut flour), butter and heavy whipping cream.

Dry Ingredients
4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
⅔ cup almond flour
⅔ cup coconut flour

Yes! You are welcome to substitute with your flour of choice. It will likely just take tweaking the ingredients a bit as each flour has a unique texture and consistency. You're looking for that cookie dough like consistency before you put it in the oven.

Can I use half butter and half coconut oil? Butter gets pricey.
Can I use allulose or erythritol instead of monk fruit? I don't care for monk fruit so I don't want to buy any. I also have Swerve brown sugar which could be a yummy alternative.
