- In this video I will quickly show you how I make my Green Smoothie freezer bags. This is a MUST for me in order to do the Green Smoothie cleanse successfully. Without pre-made smoothie bags it takes me about 15 min to chop up and sort out the fruit and make a full pitcher of green smoothie in the mornings. With the bags it only takes me 2min! A MUST!!!

Hello beauty! I got my first Vitamix the other day and am so glad I found this video. Was watching on my TV but had to pop on here to let you know how your lil man tickled me to bits. He’s just too cute for words. I raised 3 amazing sons and they’re all grown and gone now. I often smile on the bus as I see little guys with their light up shoes, boy energy wanting to bust out while they have to sit still, and their shy little sideway smiles. Keep doing what you’re doing because his little light shines through! 👏🏼👏🏼☺️

One thing that's important to note is that if you have a flavored protein powder, you're less likely to need the sweeteners. Unless you're a person who has a strong sweet tooth, the stevia is actually not necessary.
