Can you do one about push ups?
I think sometimes my long legs limits my range of motion sometimes because I'm pretty flexible, but certain exercises feel awkward. Like, doing squats, it's hard for my body to stay upright. I have to lean more forward to keep my back from arching or my body from tipping backwards. Even then, my lower back tends to hurt afterwards so I just widen my stance now...even wider if I do sumo squats.
I have the same problem, my back starts to hurt
