- Today's full body mini resistance band workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one mini band! We will start things off with some lower body exercises, then move into upper body and then finish things off with some ab exercises utilizing that exercise band throughout. Let's do it!!

I do not know why, but this workout feels different. It is so organized. I like how we started with the legs, worked them out well, then moved to arms and core. For the first time, I am doing a full body workout and my entire body actually feels worked out. Also, you are body goals, it is always good to learn from someone like that. You just got yourself a new subscriber. Keep up the good work.
This inspired me to try this workout tomorrow!

Especially being deaf - I’m not a fan of chatty colloquial Chatty McKathy’s … ‘do I read captions, [or worse…’CRAP-tions’ because of auto-correct] and land on my face ? Or do I not know what’s happening so I land on my face anyway..? Ahhh, yes, the third option….you do--me see---links to products - effective. Full workout. I can see the person in the video is sweating--this will actually work. She actually works in the video -- effective, straight to the point. Hallelujah.
Although - wanted to add @heather Robertson - you don’t have the bands you use in the amazon link for your products. Which is actually my original intent o write - but I’ll write it as a stand alone message, too - meanwhile - I’m looking through the footage to see if I can find a label on them. :) thank you! And …thank YOUUUU for actually getting right to it and being effective. We live in a world for everyone is drawing on their brows talking about 45 minute back stories before getting to the story before getting to the work before i turn 90, hopefully.

I just worked out for 25 minutes!? And it felt like 10!? Woooow! I’m sweating so much, but this will definitely be part of my daily routine! I just started, so this is very beginner friendly, and you can clearly track improvement with the band resistance! I’m a fan!

This was the longest yet shortest workout I’ve done in a while.

@@michellebreeden826 No, it’s with most of her hit cardio sessions. I try to switch up the workouts that way it keeps my body guessing. Can’t forget about what you’re eating on a day-to-day basis

You may try raising the resistance . For 7 KG it works for me

Great workout! Can I say one thing? Maybe a voiceover in between so we know which exercise is up next so we don’t have to check the screen. And a few extra seconds to switch positions would be awesome!! I kept missing the first few seconds when readjusting the band

I’m LOVING this Full body workout! It’s exactly what I need! I love that there’s no talking through it. My only recommendation would be giving us enough time to switch our bands out without having to pause the video. Thanks for all that you do!
I think it's a matter of exercise , when you are tuned in to the drill, you don't need more time to switch. I have never had to pause the vid to keep up.

THis is an excellent work. It is one of the best I've done in terms of structure because you get straight into it. There is no talking, just visual demonstrations. Your visual demonstrations prior to each set helps me to figure out what to do so that once the countdown is over, I feel I'm giving maximum effort and doing it properly. THank you so much
This was a great workout, but I didn’t feel like I had enough time to switch the bands to different spots as needed. Otherwise, it’s great to do, especially while I’m traveling.

@@torieodain It's not very efficient having to play/pause all the time during the workouts, I think it's just a feedback on how to make it even more efficient and even better than it already is

I love this workout. It gets straight to it, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting any time. I also like that the instructor doesn’t talk, it’s just music. I also appreciate the 10-second tutorial clip before each move.

The best band workout I've ever found online! Keeps your heart rate up, gives variety, innovative ways to use the band, and I like that she doesn't spend a lot of time talking!

I just did this as part 2 of the May 27 2022 calendar workout, after the 26-minute "Fierce Tabata," session and all I can say is, Heather often picks an easier workout or a pilates or yoga fusion for the end of the week - but not this week. It was killer!

I am so outta shape, but when I was done with this the first time, boy was I sore. But I knew that meant working muscles I haven't used in forever. I used to be a swimmer but that was 3 years ago and haven't been comfortable to get in the water since the pandemic. I definitely felt good after this even if I couldn't do it all perfect in sync.

Wow! LOVE how you recorded this, as there was no audio instruction necessary. I cranked my own workout tunes and followed along easily with just the visuals you provide. I also appreciate the “up nexts”, which prompted me to adjust the band in preparation for the next movement. Excited to explore the rest of your videos - and it looks like you have quite the library!
I am 10 months in my postpartum journey with no results from other exercises but this is doing something for me after 2 weeks, managed to lose 1 kg and I can already see a difference in my body! your exercises are gold! And they hurt haha! Thank you so much! My confidence is finally getting back! 🙌
